Un ketchup maison avec du fromage blanc de brebis, du concentré de tomate et du persil. Deux petites tranches de bacon, du bon pain à burger et deux tranches de tomates et on a un burger juste divin. Cold ass mornings call for warm ass oats! 🤤 Really ready for the weekend over here. Got a 5k Sunday and I've "trained" upwards of three days for it so yeah, pretty pumped. Carbo loading (always) today with some sprouted steel cut oats cooked for about 10 min in water (1/4 c oats, 1/2 c water). Added in some vanilla pea protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, and ghee. Topped with sauteed cinnamon apples. Yes and YES! It's Friday, y'all!! 💃🏻
