WFDW? ⁉️What's for Dinner Wednesday⁉️ Tonight it's CASHEW CHICKEN & BROCCOLI🍗🥦 This is a ✨ONE SHEET PAN MEAL✨ that can be made in 30 minutes or less.🙌 HOW TO: · MARINADE: Make a quick marinade for the chicken & broccoli using 1/2 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce) + 1 tablespoon sesame oil + chopped green onion + minced garlic + minced fresh ginger + 1/4 cup roughly chopped cashews. Split the sauce evenly into two large food storage baggies. · CHICKEN: Slice up 1lb of chicken breasts into strips. Let the chicken hangout in one of the marinades for about 10-15 min. · BROCCOLI: Chop up about 6 cups of broccoli florets, add to other marinade and let sit for about 10-15 min. · BAKE: Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil. Add chicken to one half and broccoli to other half. Bake in 425° oven for 15-18 min or until chicken is cooked through & broccoli is tender. · RICE: While chicken and broccoli are almost done baking, heat up pre-cooked frozen brown rice. ✨Add brown rice + chicken and broccoli to a bowl and dinner is ready!
