The picture on the left was taken nearly 5 years ago on January 1st, 2014. The picture on the right was taken today, December 13th, 2018. Same swimsuit, same body, different person.
The picture on the left was taken the morning that I started my very first 30 Days To Healthy Living Program with Arbonne. I had about 20-25 pounds more weight on me than I do now, but the different pictures reflect a change in heart and mindset even more than they show a mere physical change.
In the first picture I worked out way more often. I was at the gym 4-5 days a week, and now I’m lucky to get to the gym once a week. In the first picture I cared so much more about weight and what the number on the scale said, and I also thought about food and my body / body image way more than I do now.
Going through my first 30 Days To Healthy Living program CHANGED MY LIFE. It helped to shift my relationship with food and my body in such positive ways. I do this program now about twice a year and I have never felt more empowered, stronger or more confident. And the best thing is that the picture in the right is after having a baby... something I had worried about for years because of what it might do to my body!!
I didn’t work to get my “pre baby body back” - I have simply used all of the principles and tools I have learned about health and nutrition through the 30 Day program and continued with them for my HEALTH and WELL BEING. I started focusing on my health and the weight came off naturally.
