What’s one thing that you can always eat more of to improve your health? VEGETABLES!! 🥦🥒🥕🍆🌽 Veggies have tons of nutrients that are good for you and fiber that helps your digestive tract!! I love to roast my buggies in the oven. So easy and so yummy. First, cut your vegetables so that they are about the same size. Then, spread them in an even layer on a sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and your other favorite spices. En lo personal amo las verduras pero a veces me cuesta comer algunas más que otras - el apio lo como cocido - y pensé que era una manera muy versátil y rápida de empezar a consumirlo crudo 🙌🏻. Mi propósito inicialmente es por 7 días, si veo que me funciona lo tomaré por 14 🤪 Algunos de los beneficios de este extracto (no mágico 🚫) son: - Alcalinizante, contribuye a la regulación del PH. - Rico en minerales, los percibiremos más rápido ya que casi no se consume la fibra. - Antiinflamatorio y contribuye a una mejor digestión. - Funciona como diurético, importante no dejar de consumir agua 💦. - Contribuye a la salud de nuestro sistemas nerviosos (estrés). - Contribuye a la salud de nuestra piel 💁🏻‍♀️ (como muchas verduras y frutas) ➡️ Para esta cantidad utilicé 5 tallos con hojas (bien lavado). Es súper importante que esté fresco, así obtienen más cantidad de extracto y les quería contar que NO es rico (a mi no me gustó, pero me gustaría acostumbrar a mi paladar y si no lo disfruto dentro de los próximos 7 días, no lo tomo más 🙃). ⚠️ Repetir una vez más que de ninguna manera reemplaza un desayuno, no es mágico. Pumpkin Donuts Recipe 🎃🍩 by @anettvelsberg ✨ Makes 6 large donuts or 10-12 mini ones Ingredients 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk 1/3 cup pumpkin puree 2 tbsp organic coconut oil with butter flavour 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp cinnamon Cinnamon Sugar: 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup sugar . Method Preheat oven to 180C/350F. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the plant milk, pumpkin puree, coconut oil and vanilla. Whisk until uniform. Add the flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon and fold until even. Add a bit more milk if needed. Place the mixture in a piping bag or zip-lock bag with the tip cut off and pipe into a donut pan. Bake for 12-18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and the edges have browned. Let cool a bit, then remove from mould and dip in cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!

Meal prep makes all the difference. I've been struggling to eat enough to fuel my body through my workouts. I stopped meal prepping when I started being home all the time, but it doesn't seem to be working for me anymore. So I decided I'd do some prep work to take the guesswork out of it for the week. That eat I can get all the way back on track Prepped...lightly seasoned beef, onions, and squash for middle of the day go to meals for the week. I can easily add things to them to get some variety as needed. Also, made cucumber salad to go with some grilled chicken for tomorrow's dinner. Deets: 1 bag @bonafideprovisions bone broth, simmered with 2 teaspoons turmeric, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, 1 cloves garlic minced, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon coconut aminos. Summer for about 20 minutes! Cream of "Potato" Soup 👇🏼 1 Serving Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups cauliflower, fresh or frozen 1 cup chicken broth 2 wedges laughing cow light garlic and herb 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped 2 tbsp reduced fat cheddar cheese 1 tsp of Turkey Bacon bits Directions: Remove the leaves and thick core from the cauliflower, coarsely chop, and reserve 1 ½ cups. Add the cauliflower and stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook until the cauliflower is very soft and falling apart, about 15 minutes. If using frozen cauliflower just boil for 1 minute until tender. Remove from heat and place in a blender. Add Laughing Cow Light cheese, salt and pepper and blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and chives. Today has just been one of those days! You know the ones - couldn't sleep the night before because the to-do list for the next day was consuming my brain, forgot huge life milestones like - it was my daughters real life Birthday 🤦🏻‍♀️, showed up late to work, forgot tortillas for enchiladas at work, cooked 8 different meals in 3 hours, picked the kids up late from school, rushed to the grocery store, forgot yeast, cooked 2 more meals, delivered said meal, forgot to eat food for 8 hours (like, who am I!?) and now... I have really been wanting coconut milk here lately for some reason, so last night I made a simple recipe- Coconut Spice Overnight Oats to have in the morning. I picked up a pumpkin spice seasoning from @traderjoes yesterday and used that for the spice because.. it’s just that time of year. I dont think the recipe needs any added sweetener when it’s all said and done. Here are the ingredients: 3/4 cup pure coconut milk (you can get the light version for a thinner consistency) 1 Tb chia seeds 1/3 cup rolled oats 1 tsp vanilla (optional) Sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon would work as well. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, cover, and let sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning add your toppings of choice. I added almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes, and more pumpkin spice seasoning. You could add banana, blueberries, walnuts, or even a sprinkle of dark chocolate pieces for an almond joy. Desayuno para mañana, apunten 📝📝📝 👩🏻‍🍳 Necesitarán * 2 claras de huevo 🥚 * 2 cucharadas de harina de avena @nutrifit_peru * 1 cucharada de cacao 100% 🍫 @chocoplusperu * 1 cuchara de harina de coco 🥥 * 1 stick de stevia @steviacoronel_oficial * 1 cucharada de yogurt natural o de vainilla (o leche vegetal, no tenía 🤪) 👩🏻‍🍳Procedimiento: Batir las claras y que suban un poco (clave para no utilizar polvo para hornear). Añadir todos los ingredientes restantes y batir hasta que no queden grumos. A la sartén en montoncitos, cuanto más chiquitos, salen más jajaja 🤣 De toppings le ponen lo que tengan a mano. A mi me encanta ponerle mi NOgurt fav de fresa 🍓 de @boticanaturalperu , hojuelas de coco 🥥 de @somosbio , jalea de cacao 🍫 de @organic_joint y frutitas ✅✅
