Dudes. Sugar addiction is RILLL! This is me with some dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is amazing for you — in moderation. But I’m about to get real: through this heartache period I’ve been going through, I have been subsisting mainly on carbs and sugar. And it’s made me feel CRAZY! So I changed my diet to high fat, high protein, low carb. Attempting 40% fat, 40% protein, 20% carbs. In just a few days it’s been the best choice I could have made for myself. I’m more satiated, feel more stable, managing cals better, and just all around improved. It’s just STUPID OBS how what we fuel our bodies with affects our wellbeing, our mental, physical, and emotional state! Well... last night in a moment of weakness I went overboard on the sugar, and let me tell you: it ain’t worth it! Soon after, I felt cracked out, heightened anxiety, restless muscles, and here I am now at 1:36 am wide awake when I need to be resting and preparing for a good solid day of work tomorrow. . People often ask me if I consume fruits & starchy veggies when doing a Ketogenic Diet. I consume about 1-2 pieces of fruit a day & usually 1-2 starchy veggies like sweet potatoes or squash along with my proteins & fats. I have tested my ketones at the end of the of the day & in the morning, several times after my meals & I am still in ketosis. If your doing a Keto diet I suggest checking your ketones by blood for the most accurate reading to see how many carbs & how much protein you can consume & still be in Ketosis. It is individual as we are all metabolically different & have different activity levels & sleeping habits. Being in ketosis has a lot of benefits not just fat burning & weight loss. I do it mostly for the cognitive benefits, better focus & mental clarity. As well as having more energy. I can go for long periods in between meals & not be starving & irritable. 🥑CHOCOLATE AVO MOUSSE 🥑 🍫Recipe as promised! 👩🏻‍🍳You will need: 🥑1 ripe avocado 🥄3 tsp of cacao powder 🥛3 tbsp plant milk (I used cashew) 🍯2 tsp honey 💧2 tbsp of water (add more or less for desired consistency) 💪🏻1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder 🥜1 heaped tbsp ground almonds 💃🏻Blend all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Co takhle něco RYCHLÉHO, DOBRÉHO A ZDRAVÉHO KE KAFÍČKU? 🍏Jablečné vláčné sušenky s arašídovým máslem🍏 Budeš potřebovat: 🍏1 větší jablko 🍏100g ovesných vloček 🍏30g kokosové mouky 🍏lžičku prášku do pečiva 🍏1 vejce 🍏skořice 🍏100ml mléka (klasické/sójové) + trochu horké vody 🍏rozinky, brusinky (co máte rádi) 🍏sladidlo 🍏50g arašídového másla Jablko si nastrouháme a přidáme ovesné vločky a zalejeme mlékem s vodou a necháme vločky nasát tekutinu a lehce vychladnout. And when I do sit down to watch TV, I fall asleep before I even choose something to watch! 🔸 This movie was and hour and a half and I stayed awake till the very end and had to post about it now even though it is very late and I need to be up very early. 🔸 I am speechless! I don’t even know what to say! You need to watch this! 🔸 You will appreciate all your effort on this way of eating a lot more after watching this. 🔸 I am grateful that my husband did his research and found this way of eating. He did it as a last resort! His doctor gave him no hope and put him on meds and told him nothing will help him reverse diabetes. His blood sugar levels would go up into the 500s! He would wake up in the 300s! He was miserable all the time! 🔸 YOU DON’T NEED TO BE SICK TO CHANGE YOUR WAY OF EATING! YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT TO GET TO THAT POINT! 🔸 We are believers and serve a great God that led him to find about this way of eating. Это ведет ко многим другим проблемам: •выпадение •перхоть •утрата блеска •сухость и ломкость •жир •секущиеся волосы(как кончики, так и все длина) Денег на посещение салона, ботекс, кератиновое выпрямление и другим дорогостоящие процедуры у меня нет. Вот простые правила, как поддерживать волосы в хорошем состоянии. 1. Не экономьте на уходовой косметике. Зачастую из-за некачественной продукции появляются все вышеперечисленные проблемы. Шампуни и бальзамы должны подходить под ваш тип волос. Найти свой шампунь вы сможете, только перепробовав многие другие. Если у вас перхоть, то смените продукт. Менять можно не чаще, чем 1 раз в 4 месяца. Частая смена шампунь может также привести к появлению перхоти. 2. Используйте бальзам ополаскиватель или кондиционер после каждого мытья волос. Подбирать его нужно под себя. В воде в городах содержится хлорка, она течет по ржавеющим трубам и так далее, поэтому сушит ваши волосы. Кондиционер поможет их увлажнить, предать блеск и избежать секущихся кончиков. 3. Мыть голову нужно теплой, но не горячей водой. При мытье горячей водой сальные железы и поры на голове открываются и ведут к зажирнению волос. Контрастный душ поможет укрепить волосы, стимулировать луковицы для роста. Заканчивайте мыть голову почти холодной водой. 4.Используйте масло. Да, волосы жирняться, но только у корней. При сушке или выпрямление они сильно повреждаются. Масло, нанесеное перед, поможет избежать термического перегревания, предаст блеск волосам. 5.Сушить волосы нужно холодным или слегка теплым воздухом. Правильно от корней к концам с расческой, но не в коем случае не вниз головой. После мыться нельзя долго держать в полотенце и при снятия можно только промакнуть им, но не тереть.
