Probably my new favourite salad!!! Israeli Power Salad with Za'atar Roasted Sweet Potatoes from @hummusapien 🥗 Super colorful and filled with deliciousness that kept me full! Only thing I changed was subbed kale from my nonnos garden instead of the chard. Definitely one to try whether it's as a meal on it's own or a perfect side for a bbq (it also kept really well for lunch the next day which is rare of salalds)!
Organic/Gluten free/ low fat/ low calorie/ low carb doesn’t equal healthy. ❌❌❌❌ ✅We need to be super careful with products that are labelled as this as just because it’s organic etc doesn’t mean it’s a healthy product. I have included photos of a few popular products that are marketed as healthy and low calorie but are basically full of crap, sugars, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils etc. ⚠️Moral of story: Eat whole foods with real ingredients. 🥒🍓🥑🍐🥥🥝🥦🥕🍅🍆🍳🍗🥩🥗
This evenings feast at @milgicardiff 🌱 I shared the cauliflower tempura with Rhyds & had the Korean wholefood bowl for main 😍 I absolutely love the food here, I always leave satisfied & full of goodness 😌 feel so fortunate to live only a short walk from so many amazing vegan/vegan friendly cafes & restaurants 🙌🏼 I wish I had the time & money to visit them all more frequently 😫 where’s your favourite place to eat in Cardiff? ✨
