Corn soup with lion's mane mushroom, dried citrus peel and peanuts
Ingredients: 2 corns, 2 hairy gourd, 1-2 lion's mane mushroom, 1 dried citrus peel, 20g hyacinth bean, 20g peanuts, 3 candied dates
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Remove husk from corn but keep the silk, peel hairy gourd and cut into pieces. Soak mushroom for half a day until soft. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
