obviously this souvenir won't last forever. it's a gingerbread cookie that my mom and i are going to split on the train to brno tomorrow morning. i will admit it's been a struggle to eat right during the beginning of this vacation, i have never tried to eat healthy on a vacation before and i have no idea how to start. i can't say that i'm back on the horse in two weeks when i get back to my dorm for good, but i'll start slow and make sure that i have at least two good meals. funny enough, i think i've still managed to stay within a calorie deficit with all the walking we've done today! any advice for healthy vacation eating?

I'm having 2 minutes of Wednesday left! As promised, here I am ^^ The last month I've been working on opening my heart chakra. Our heart which lies between our chest and thoracic spine is also protected by our shoulder girdle. Subconsciously ou lift your shoulders if you get scared, pushing your chest inwards, therefore you create more distance to the threat. So if there are any blockades with in your heart, you may have tense shoulders, upper back pain or the feeling of 'I can't breathe'. As mentioned on posts before, I've been dealing with a few struggles. I wouldn't want to talk to anybody, even less to meet some one personaly. If this happened, it was awfully uncomfortable, stressing and costed me lots of energy. I shut all of my surroundings away. Also Insta. I simply didn't feel like myself. Now that I'm feeling okay again, I'm dealing with upper back blockades...my heart is healing through motion. To get into this pose, I needed a good warm up and a little time to get all those muscles and ligaments warm. I've been having lot's of interesting conversations lately! (Probably because I am truly opening myself again to people) One was about stretching shoulders. This meets exactly the daily practice I've been having for about a month! Since I was running low on the things I prepped on Sunday and I needed to restock the fridge, I did a mid-week meal prep of meatballs. I’ll keep some in the fridge for work lunches and freeze the rest👌🏼 For dinner I also had cauliflower gnocchi, green beans, and pesto tomato sauce. (coconut everything over here) Also not giving on Fuck if I gained or lost weight. Also not giving up on myself when I thought I couldn't get out of the hole I kept myself in for years. The icy roads came thruuuu this morning!! #noschoolforme I had some time to be a little creative today since school was called off so I kind of just threw some stuff in a bowl and bam you've got some HEALTHY DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES🙌🍪🍫🍫My mom said they tasted kind of more like a cross b/w a brownie and a cookie tho so you decide🤷‍♀️ •120 g of oat flour •about half a cup of pumpkin puré •2-3 egg whites •45 g maple syrup •1 tsp baking powder •3 tbs Cocoa powder (eliminates pumpkin taste and makes them more rich and chocolatey!!) •3 packets of truvia •handful of @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350 and bake for about 10 mins! Then I just melted some white chocolate chips with about like 7 grams of coconut oil and drizzled on top! Perfect guilt free treat for a cozy snow day😋
