Reintroducing the @sweetfreedomuk chocolate syrup made naturally out of apple, grapes and cacao to sweeten this bowl of mine today! Made in the microwave today as the gas man was fixing the job. Slight bit of extra milk made it that bit more creamy and the bowl did suffer too much thankfully 😋 Highly recommended the syrup if you haven't had tried it before. Only natural sugars. “Back Finisher”. Si bien no he terminado de sentirme cómodo del todo nunca con ese movimiento al que un tal John Meadows define como “Stretchers”, he acabado encontrando una alternativa parecida con la que si me siento cómodo ejecutando movimiento, encontrando ese punto de contracción máxima sintiendo bien la zona de trabajo, permitiendo ese estiramiento al final de la excéntrica.. en fin, movimiento que se ajusta a mis necesidades y capacidades así que, CHAPÓ. Terminar la sesión o la parte destinada al dorsal con tres series de este movimiento, 20/15/10 repeticiones respectivamente, subiendo carga en torno a un 10% en cada una de ellas, manteniendo unos segundos la contracción máxima al completar la última repetición de cada serie y con descansos de no más de 45-60 segundos entre cada una de ellas. Luego os dejo algún movimiento más de la sesión de ayer y si me pica el culo lo suficiente al menos los ejercicios en cómputo global que la compusieron. A terminar recados, entrenar y currar.. One of my favourite salads- Seaweed salad! In a banquet of salads, this would definitely be one of my top picks. Land vegetables are becoming depleted in minerals as the soil quality diminishes so sea vegetables supply an alternative way to get your supply of trace minerals. Your green leafy vegetables whether it be from the land or sea are some of the most nutrient dense foods and are full of alkaline minerals, including calcium, chlorophyll and amino acids. Adding seaweed (i.e. dulse) to salads is like adding a hair mineralizer supplement to your diet. Dulse (seaweed) nourishes the body and hair follicles with vitamins B6, B12, E and A. Setting yourself up to win is key. By anticipating the emotions triggered throughout the challenge we can create ABC’’s. A-action plan B-back up plan C-contingency plan. Remember we are all emotional all of the time YES all of the time. We are driven by emotions and hormones, physiology and psychology in academic terms. I guessing that you don’t have a crystal ball and neither do I. We therefore can’t tell exactly what the future has in store but we can create an plan that gives us a supporting guide for the anticipated situations and challenges to come. Example: I knew the first 2 weeks I’d be driven and excited. I’m back in my books reading, remembering, re-structuring and enjoying the self love I get from choosing the right foods (good fats carbs meats nuts and treats ect). I’m remembering how much I loved them and missed them (full fat yoghurt 😘) by following some fad diet restrictions, that actually became long term habit forming! My ABC’s at this point are::: Action- food diary, exercise, digestion and hydration reflection and enjoyment. B- books and vision therapy to enjoy the process. C- exercise buddy & family chats. By week 3&4 I may start to feel the fear and be scared of what I’ve actually committed to despite wanting a TT for the last 9 years. It’s not a small decision and it’s a big operation. I may also start to feel like the prior wright reduction will not happen in time. I may notice self sabotaging behaviour! I except these emotions and behaviours to show up. It’s normal to have mixed emotions and self sabotage is a normal protective response ( unwanted but normal 🙈). To overcome my ABC’s at this point are::: A- talk to other woman who have been through the whole process (IG & FB are a good place to form contacts). Read back over my diary entries as well a vision therapy sessions. B- Talk to my partner and friends. C- long walks and meditation will help me re- focus and putting things in perspective. Can you see where I’m going with this.... maybe you can use the ABS’s to support your goal attainment. I’m setting myself to anticipate what may happen so that I don’t become over whelmed and upset, instead triumphant and successful.

This could EASILY serve 2....but I have a massive appetite and demolished the whole salad 😋👌🏽🌱 Lately I have been getting a bit board with my usual salads and haven’t been enjoying them as much 🙁 So today I decided to have a salad that I would not normally make for something different and it tasted AMAZING 😋🙌🏽🥑 I mixed some lettuce and kale with some avo and olive oil and mixed well. I then topped the lettuce bed with roasted cauliflower and sweet potato (with spices), pan-fried chickpeas coated in spices and sprinkle a bit of sesame seeds and hemp seeds! ✨ This salad was delicious and I cannot wait to make it again 🌼👌🏽

After exploring the maze-like streets of Diocletian's Palace 🏰we headed through the old town for a bite 🍽 and our first beer of the day 🍺😁 we prefer to go out eat bigger meals and enjoy the atmosphere in the evening, so we go for budget meals in the day - that's where it can be easy to grab pizza's/kebabs as they are often the cheapest and easiest choices.
