Buenas noches gente guapa! 💖 . . Les comparto la preparación de mi Tilapia de hoy y les dejo otra opción de acompañarla, para no aburrirnos de comer lo mismo. (Yo no me aburro de lo mismo) . 👉Clave: trato de variar los sabores, como? combinando especias, añadiendo salsas caceras o un poco de mostaza, limón, vinagre de manzana, aderezos caseros. (Estos hacen la diferencia de cada dia) Se puede comer lo mismo todos los días pero con sabores distintos. 😉 . ✔Mi tilapia de hoy la sazone con: ajo en grano, pimienta, paprika, pizca de sal, orégano, limón y unas gotas de vinagre de manzana. El segundo solo tiene: ajo, pimienta y paprika. Para las verduras use los mismos condimentos, solo cabía orégano por curcuma igual puedas incluir todos y agregar curcuma. . ✔En el primer plato en mi porción de carbohidratos use quinoa cocida y en la segunda pure de camote (camote horneado hecho puré) . . ☡ I haven't gone to the gym for a WHOLE WEEK!?! 😱😱😱☡ - What's changed? - Absolutely nothing! 😉 - I've been suffering with a bit of a painful shoulder blade and found that even using it to lift on leg day was hurting...so I did the best thing for it...REST! 😴 - I always prioritise health over training! If you're consistent in the long term it WILL NOT kill you or your progress 😂 - Can you see any difference from last week? 🤔 I can't! - I went to a physio to relieve the pain a bit and whilst digging her hands into my ribs and stomach she commented: - "Wow!!!...do you work on your abs?"... - "yes...🙊" me says - "I can tell!" - You always have a little proud moment when someone notices your hard work....especially a health professional who sees dozens of bodies a week 😂😂😂 - Anyway, me is all better now so time to get back to work! 💪😁 - P.S - Thank you so much for the beautiful messages and encouragment lately! Keto friendly cashew chicken stir fry 3 raw chicken thighs boneless, skinless 2 tbsp coconut oil(for cooking) 1/4 cup raw cashews 1/2 medium Green Bell Pepper •1/2 carrot thinly julienned 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp green onions 1/4 medium onions Salt + Pepper INSTRUCTIONS Heat a pan over low heat and toast the cashews for 8 minutes or until they start to lightly brown and become fragrant. Remove and set aside. Dice chicken thighs into 1 inch chunks. Cut onions, peppers into equally large chunks. Julienne carrots. Increase heat to high and add coconut oil to pan. Once oil is up to temperature, add in the chicken thighs and allow them to cook through(about 5 minutes). Once the chicken is fully cooked. Add in the pepper, onions, garlic, chili garlic sauce and seasonings(ginger, salt, pepper). Allow to cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Add rice vinegar, and cashews. Cook on high and allow the liquid to reduce down until it is a sticky consistency, There should not be excess liquid in the pan upon completing cooking. Moving at warp speed again tonight! Had to grocery shop for 150 hungry scouts and adult volunteers tonight! Big scout hike this weekend and we’ll be making meals for all on Friday night and on Saturday the scouts will make all their own meals and Mike, Tommy and I will be cooking for the 70 or so adult volunteers. Nothin new. So got home late tonight and whipped up an easy peasy omelette with leftover Thai food from the other night and some asparagus, avocado and what looks like the last few grape tomatoes of the garden.
