Wasn’t sure what I fancied for lunch but after all the sweet treats in group this morning I’ve made my own jam pastry 😍 this whole thing is just 1 syn! . Kingsmill wholemeal thin (hex b) opened and rolled flat with a rolling pin, 1 syn worth of @thejamgoddess Jam in the middle and sandwiched together, brushed the edges together with an egg and crimped down with a fork, brushed the top with egg and sprinkled 1 tsp sweetener on top and baked at 180 for 10 mins until crispy. Served with an apple for speed. Perfecto!

I used protein mix in place of most of the flour... protein donuts... pronuts? . The recipes below are for just the “cake” part of the donut. Top them as you please! The calorie content will depend on which type of whey protein you use. . APPLE CINNAMON - 1 c vanilla whey protein - 1/4 c white flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 3/4 c apple sauce - 1 tbs cinnamon - 1 tbs nutmeg . DOUBLE CHOCOLATE - 1 c chocolate whey protein - 1/4 c white flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 3/4 c apple sauce - 1 tbs cocoa powder . INSTRUCTIONS - preheat oven to 350* - mix all ingredients - pipe batter into well greased donut pan - bake for 10 minutes - cool & top as you please! . Trying to eat healthier can be so hard! I was craving waffles so bad this morning!! Feeling determined to find a healthy alternative I searched Pinterest (because come on that's my favorite search engine 🤣) and found a recipe. The recipe called for bananas, wheat flour, baking powder, non fat milk, vanilla, honey. Super easy to make and i had all the ingredients. Recently a few people have asked me what I eat in a day, so here's what I ate yesterday. #Breakfast - I was in a rush in the morning because I woke up later than I wanted so just had this yogurt and berries normally I love a cooked breakfast but yesterday I had no time. I'm also totally in love with these @fage Greek yogurts and they are also on offer in tescos for 50p a pot! #Lunch I had out with a friend in croseo lounge had a chicken and avocado salad and a side of broccoli - I have no idea how they get the broccoli to taste so amazing but it's pretty epic. #Dinner was chicken again simply because I didn't check the dates and it went off today so had to be eaten I don't usually eat double of something in one day, but hey it was delicious I had it with jersey royal potatoes that were left over from the day before and I cooked them in a little olive oil and salt in then oven I had that with salad dressed with balsamic and topped with Parmesan. I love love love spring rolls - fresh and fried. I don't have them very often but I do keep some spring roll wraps in the freezer (one purchase has lasted me almost a year 😆) just in case I get a craving! Its way cheaper and I get to choose what goes into it! Oven baked meatballs in a homemade tomatoe & mushroom sauce. Served with courgette & butternut squash noodles. Perfect and SYN FREE😍😍😍 .
