De mieux en mieux, tellement ravie de mon test que je vous poste la recette. Sablés de noël #sansgluten #sanslait et avec seulement 10 gr de sucre de coco (j'en suis sûr que sans cela peut fonctionner ) Ingredients 40 sablés: 130 gr d'huile de coco bien molle 10 gr de sucre de coco 60 gr de poudre d’amandes - 130 gr de farine de riz semi-complète Et 70 de farine de lupin 1 cuillère à soupe de farine de coco - ( si pas : on peut remplacer par de la farine de châtaigne par ex ) 1 cc des épices pour pain d'épices (où cannelle) 1 pincée de sel  rose de l'Himalaya 1 cuillère à café rase de bicarbonate alimentaire 1 oeuf --》 2 poignées de cramberries (j'ai fait au pif donc je ne sais plus trop) --》 du lait végétal pour quand vous voudrez former la pâte en boule, moi je la sentai un peu trop sèche donc j'ai ajouté 2 lichettes de lait (lait de millet ici d'ouvert) Dans un saladier, mélanger l'huile de coco bien molle avec la CS de sucre de coco, il faut que cela soit bien mélangé. Incorporer la poudre d’amandes et l’œuf. Mélanger au fouet. Après avoir mélangé les farines avec le bicarbonate et le sel dans un autre récipient, incorporer le tout dans le précédent mélange. Couper les cramberries très très finement et ajoutez-les Malaxer et former une boule (ajouter le lait ici) Envelopper la pâte d'un film transparent et la mettre au minimum deux heures au réfrigérateur.  Là elle sera dure, laissez là 30 minutes à température ambiante Sortir la pâte, sur une feuille en silicone (Pas besoin de farine comme ça ), si elle humide rajoutez de la farine sur la feuille (moi elle n'était pas du tout humide) A l’aide d’emporte-pièces, découper les biscuits sablés. Déposer delicatement les sablés sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte d’une feuille de papier sulfurisé Préchauffer le four à 180°C en chaleur tournante. Enfourner pour 10 à 12 minutes maxi! I haven’t bought anything as can’t really afford to, and don’t have enough excitement in my life to need new clothes 😂 ... But it’s been fun! And a can of orange dry. 👌🏻 Not pictured from today: last piece of coriander raisin bread topped with a single-egg-omelette (egg, milk, salt & pepper, a little ground sausage) & cheddar cheese.
