I might be late in the game but never to late to introduce a new contender! Warburton soft brown thins are 5syns for the pair! I found these this afternoon whilst looking at the wholemeal burger rolls/ baps , which varied from 8.5syns to a shocking 11syns ! Spicy, cheesy, chilli vegetables! My husband has a late meeting tonight so I have made something that he would never eat........my goodness it was delicious and completely Syn free using HX for cheese on top. I fried cabbage with chilli and garlic in @frylighthq added cauliflower rice, butternut squash spaghetti, cherry tomatoes and kidney beans in tomato chilli sauce. A quick home workout today with Danny joining in. Aching a bit from yesterday's session lifting weights in the gym so went for a bodyweight high rep session as I've been mainly sitting on my butt and playing on the floor today. You could try this workout with or without a toddler to help. It's fast, covers your whole body and is another excuse breaker. No time...do this quick. Don't know what to do...do this. Amazing lunch at Mildreds in London, catching up with my friend and fellow health & fitness coach @a_helping_of_healthy_ 😋 Shared this delicious quinoa and avocado salad and Sri Lankan sweet potato curry, followed by chocolate brownie and a cookie dough sundae... so good 👌 Big takeaways from today... we spoke about how social media drive you a bit mad if you're not careful, how easy it is to fall into the trap of comparisons, how important planning the day is, and the need to switch off and be present. So good to chat, share stories and ideas, eat good food, and come away feeling a) reminded that we're all a lot more similar than we sometimes realise b) inspired. Most important thing to do whenever you get inspired... Take action as soon as possible. Tonight, I'm planning my next few days better to be more productive. And getting an early night 💪 P.S. . . When it comes to getting workouts in as a mum you can only do your best and do what you can do with the time that you have. For me, without question the only time I can get a workout in is if I get up and get it done first thing in the morning. Does it mean a 5:30am get up most days? Yes....Am I quite often interrupted by little people that wake up anywhere between 6-7am and want cuddles, bananas, drinks of water and brioches? Yes.....Do I want to get into my gym kit at 8pm after a full days work, the kids are in bed and I’ve made the dinner and the lunchboxes for the following day? No I don’t! . . The point is, we do what works for us as a family and we make time as individuals for what is important. It’s not perfect, but I’m sure as hell happier for having got my workout in even if the mornings are a little chaotic. . . Mums if you are fitting a workout into your day as well as managing work, family, little people, school slips, reading, homework, deadlines that get thrown in at the last minute then you’re rocking it! Be kind to yourself we are all doing the best that we can do. 💜 . . 🍂I like a lot of “basic” fall things, but shockingly the Starbucks Pumpkin spice latte is not one of them!🤷🏽‍♀️ This power pumpkin green smoothie however - I’ll take one any day ☺️ .. .. 👉🏻👉🏻What’s in it: 1/4 c. Organic pumpkin purée, 1/2 frozen banana 1 scoop protein powder of choice ( I use @sproutliving pumpkin seed protein powder), 1 c. Unsweetened almond milk, dash vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1-2 cups greens, 2 T. Unsweetened Nut butter (I used almond), 1/4 c. Frozen cauliflower (optional) .. For the love of Organic Coffee ☕️ . I’m not that much of a coffee drinker like I used to be. In fact, when I do have coffee, I have it because I enjoy the taste of the aromas and take pleasure while drinking it and getting that caffeine hit running through my veins; my blood appreciates that fulfilment and pleasure of what that freshly brewed organic coffee does for me. Today, after so long I filled up my mug, and enjoyed that cuppa. With my hubby in hospital for a over a week, me trying to pack and organise a whole house to be moved in 2 days, organising children... It is important for me to make sure I provide my body with the right nutrition and enjoy what I put into my body for pleasure but mostly for nourishment. The weather is changing! Is your hair ready? Monat has just what you need to adjust to the fall weather. BOLITAS DE ALMENDRA Y CHOCOLATE RELLENAS . ⬆️INGREDIENTES: 🔹️80grs de harina de almendra de @calconut_nuts 🔹️50grs de harina de avena sabor brownie de @lifepro_oficial 🔹️1huevo y 2claras 🔹️20grs de proteina de chocolate belga de @lifepro_oficial 🔹2cucharadas de cacao en polvo de @chocolatestorras 🔹️1sobre de levadura 🔹️3cucharadas de aceite de coco de @gudgreen 🔹Chorrito de bebida de almendra zero de @almondbreezees 🔹️Almendras en cubitos de @mercadona . ➡️INGREDIENTES RELLENO: 🔸3onza de chocolate blanco de @chocolatestorras 🔸15grs de proteína de vainilla de @amixesp 🔸Chorrito de bebida de almendra zero de @almondbreezees . 👩‍🍳PROCEDIMIENTO: ✔Ponemos las harinas, la proteina, el cacao y la levadura en un bol y mezclamos. ✔En otro bol ponemos el huevo, las claras y el aceite y la bebida de almendra y mezclamos. ✔Vamos vertiendo el contenido del primer bol en el segundo sin dejar de mover hasta obtener una masa manejable con las manos. Why do our best to live a healthy, balanced life? These guys. Our babes. Our family. To be the best version of us for our kids is so important. It effects our mood, our physical health, our mental health, our parenting - our patience, our ability to listen. It effects how we respond, our ability to teach, to play, to care, to be. When we are filling from empty, we give our family the dregs and ain't nobody want that. Problem is as a Mum we need simplicity and help. We tell ourselves that we don't have the time or that it isn't simple. The vicious cycle of exhaustion and busy seems to always win. This is where my journey started 2 years ago - when I didn't realise how bad I was, how it must be hormonal post baby or 'it's just normal to feel this exhausted' - I decided something had to change. Thankfully it did. And I started looking after myself. And now it is my passion to help other mums feel the way I do now and not get stuck into the trap of society telling you that exhaustion all the time is normal. This is my why. To help other mums get their mojo back and be the best version of them. To be who they were created to be and ROCK THIS THING CALLED LIFE! 💪

Week 3 results are in!! I’ve lost 2.5 lbs this week!! 🎉🎉🎉 (Though I haven’t cleaned my mirror still! 😂 Count that as a week 4 goal!)
