Busy morning? Get all the nutrients you body needs with this easy and healthy breakfast! Protein Pancakes! Ingredients: 1 scoop vanilla Protein Powder, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 cup spinach, 1 egg , 2 egg whites, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, stevia ( optional) and 1 tsp cinnamon. Directions: place all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased pan on a low-medium heat and flip and let cook the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter. . ⬇️ . Tienes la mañana ocupada? Obten todos los nutrientes que tu cuerpo necesita con estas panquecas proteicas saludables y faciles de preparar.
