~ The crust is made with 50g whole wheat flour, 200g grated zucchini, 1 egg, nutritional instant yeast and a pinch of salt 😋 (you salt the grated zucchini and let it rest for 30min, then you fold it into a cloth and squeeze all the juice out - then you mix everything together to make the pizza crust) macros for the crust: 266cal, 16g protein, 36g carbs, 6g fat
And for the toppings: cauliflower, green bell pepper, carrot, tomatoe, chickcken breast salami, mozzarella, oregano. Macros all together: 426cal, 31g protein, 44g carbs, 14g fat. Enjoy😉
