VEGAN SNICKER SLICE 🥜🤩✨☁️💫 It’s the perfect treat for the holiday season!! I sourced all my nuts, syrups, @loving_earth chocolate from @nakedfoods and would greatly recommend:)) 1️⃣For the base place 1 tbsp of powdered peanut butter, 1 cup of raw cashews, 3 tbs rice malt syrup and 1/2 cup oats into a food processor and blitz until combined2️⃣in a line baking tray flatten base and place in the freezer 3️⃣for the middle layer again place 2 tbsp of tahini,2 cups of pitted dates, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp of cacao powder, 3/4 cup of peanuts and 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil in the food processor and blitz until combined. 3️⃣smooth this layer over the base layer and return slice to the freezer 4️⃣melt 2 cups of your favourite vegan chocolate and pour over the top of the slice once it has set 5️⃣Return the slice to freezer until the chocolate is set, slice and indulge 🤗

Jelo sa žlicom koje će biti više nego dostojna zamjena bakalaru u danima koji slijede... Ako želite oduševiti, ostaviti bez teksta ili samo ostaviti dojam vrhunskog domaćina, ovaj recept je pravi izbor... Raštika, kao prava sezonska namirnica, koju smo navikli kombinirati s mesom, pokazala se kao odličan dodatak oradi. Savršen balans okusa postigla sam dodatkom sušene rajčice i kapara te ružmarina i lovora, a da pritom ova svježa riba nije niti malo izgubila na važnosti. Ostala je u glavnoj ulozi, okusom i teksturom. Cook in the oven at a 175 c for another 15-20 minutes then when cooked add the Home made blueberrie souce!!! 100 gr blueberries 1/2 of a 🍋 juice 1/2 of an orange 🍊 juice 1 tsp chia seeds 1/4 tsp ginger powder cook till it comes quite thick And evoaporated so it has a jam consistency!!! Braised Onion and Avocado Eggs recipe What you will need 1tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 1 onion sliced 1 tsp leaf masala 6 eggs beaten 1 avocado cubes Handful of coriander chopped What to do: Heat pan on high heat. Add olive oil and sauté onions till brown. Beat eggs, salt and masala with 40ml water. Add butter, once melted add egg storing every 40 seconds for two minutes Add avocado and combine add coriander to the top and turn off the heat. Tortitas de calabaza 🥞 . El otro día mostré por stories cómo hacía estas #tortitasdecalabaza tan gorditas 😊. Me quedaron muy ricas y jugosas, diferentes a las anteriores. Os dejo la receta: . Ingredientes: 🎃150 g de calabaza horneada 🥚 1 huevo + 3 claras 🌾 50g copos de avena 🥜1 cda crema de cacahuete 🥛 Chorrito de leche al gusto 🍂Canela en polvo. También puedes añadir nuez moscada, le da un toque más interesante. 🍃Stevia al gusto . Proceso: licuar primero los húmedos. Después incorporar los secos y procesarlo todo. Corrige el sabor al final. Подумайте чего вам действительно хочется. И наслаждайтесь. Помните о МЕРЕ того, что выбрали для себя - 🔸Если же вам всё-таки хочется попробовать все блюда-без проблем. Положите всего по чуть-чуть 👌🏾 - 🔸не забывайте про водный баланс 💧 - 🔸сократите употребление алкоголя до минимума. Знайте, что он провоцирует аппетит и обезвоживает. Отдавайте себе отчёт в этом, если всё-таки будете пить. К тому же, алкоголь очень калорийный ☝🏾 - 🔸больше активности! Не лежите на диване у телевизора 🙅🏾‍♀️сходите хотя бы на прогулку, в магазин 🚶🏾‍♀️или поддайтесь зимним развлечениям ⛸🎿⛷❤️ - 🔸ешьте по чувству голода. Не от скуки ☝🏾займите себя чем-то помимо поедания всего со стола - 🔸не корите себя 🙅🏾‍♀️никогда и ни за что. Даже если вы переели. Не надо ни о чем жалеть. Главное понять свои ошибки и исправить их, а не попадать в порочный круг еды 🍕🍝🍩🍫 — Лично я буду получать полное удовольствие от праздников 😌я отдам предпочтение не тяжёлой пищи (но от этого не менее вкусной), а ещё мы планируем испечь печеньки и брауни 🍪🍫конечно, я во всем буду соблюдать меру и наслаждаться не едой, а временем, проведённым с близкими ❤️ — Контролируете себя во время праздников? Или живете в это время по принципу «можно всё»?
