Smoothie Sunday!!! 💕😊🍌🍓🍍🥥🍇
Now it’s #smoothiesunday so I decided to make one of my old favorite smoothie recipes using @sarifoodscompany NEW BEET POWDER ! Beets are full of so many health benefits such as helping with athletic performance by increases my oxygen use in your body so you can have more endurance (love this smoothie before a race for this reason), decrease inflammation and it is a very nutrient dense food! I have been trying to incorporate more beets into my diet because of how amazing they are for you, so be on the lookout for more recipes involving beets soon! Happy Sunday friends 😊
Smoothie: 1 1/2 tablespoons of @sarifoodscompany Beet powder, 1 frozen banana, pinch of ground ginger, 1/2 cup of pre-steamed frozen cauliflower, small handful of frozen berries, 3 frozen almond milk cubes, splash of almond milk. Blend all in a food processor and top with your favorite toppings! I topped mine with sliced strawberries and blueberries, 1/2 of a sliced banana, @micheles_granola ginger hemp granola, @traderjoes coconut flakes, and a drizzle of @wild_friends creamy peanut butter!
