If I have managed to cut out milk, cheese, meat and other animal types, I can manage to cut out to drink a lot of alcohol. This applies for a long period of time. So now is the time bunk up with non-alcoholic beer, locally made Coca-Cola, locally made Sprite or even better Club-Mate at the club. It was said by this lady that does not have a body that is quite good at the moment. Thank heaven for Veganism for saving it yet again! Thank again for that! 💜🌳☀️♻️☮️

Everyday, RESERVE time (so you plan for it & will hold yourself accountable) in a journal 📓 or set an alarm 🚨 (even just 15-20 mins will help) & spend tht time improving an aspect of yourself (Whether in stress management, math, language..) . Do this 4 a week , a month or until you master it, then switch to another area. Trust. You won’t regret it. 😃 • • 3️⃣ BE SPONTANEOUS💥. Forcefully Wake up earlier & do it (of course this will mean sleeping 💤 earlier too, another healthy habit). For example: 1. Wake up 2. Meditate (5 mins) 3. Yoga (30 mins) 4. Wash body 5. face mask (10 mins) 5. Tea 🍵 6. Enjoy breakfast... • 5️⃣ SET MILESTONES/GOALS 🥅. Keep yourself motivated in life. Even if you’re like 50 & think life is already over, it’s not! 🥢TOFU TALES🥢 vegan tofu & noodle salad 🥢 this is my first attempt making Panko covered tofu & goodness me did it turn out perfectly 🥢 if you would like to make it here’s how 🥢 cut 1 pack of firm tofu into 12 cubes, pat dry 🥢 mix 4 tbsp filtered water with 4 tbsp cornflour in one bowl & place 7 tbsp panko bread crumbs in another 🥢 dip the tofu in the cornflower mixture, then roll in the panko , cook in a hot pan with a splash of oil (I used rapeseed) 🥢 once golden & crispy on all sides remove and dry off any excess oil 🥢 for the mango & noodle salad pop rice noodles (1 nest per person) in a pan of boiling water 🥢 once soft remove water & mix in sweet chilli sauce, steamed green beans, raw red peppers, sautéed mushrooms, sliced green chillis & fresh mango cubes 🥢 top with kimchi & the crispy tofu, add a little extra chilli sauce on top 🥢 it’s that good it’s gone right to the top of our weekly recipe list 🥢 #happyhumpday #tofu #tofurecipes #panko #asianfood #japenesefood #eatwell #healthylifestyle #healthjourney #healthyblogger #wellnesswednesday #wellnesswarrior #fooddiary #instagood #instashare #instafood #healthyfoodshare #foodshare #plantbased #recipeshare #recipe #foodie #foodiesofinstagram #foodporn #healthandwellness

Eat the rainbow 🌈 after baking earlier & eating a vast quantity of flapjack mix I was craving lots of veggies! This bowl was filled with spinach (hidden), roasted butternut squash, buckwheat groats, turmeric & cumin pickled cauliflower (soooo yum - bought from @sainsburys), tomatoes, roasted paprika chickpeas, spring onion & pomegranate 🙌🏼 now to settle down for the evening & relax 😌 Hope everyone’s having a lovely Wednesday evening ✨

🌿 It’s not a restricting “diet”. It’s the way I chose to live my life. I am a walking protest to deforestation, animal injustice, world hunger, and world health. I think in terms of energy, qi, smiles, color, nature, love, and peaceful approaches to resolution. I chose nonviolence so don’t try to come at me with anything otherwise because I simply won’t interpret it as violence. My mind is in one lane and that is mine. Lanes don’t cross over what’s mine is mine inevitably and what’s yours will be yours. It was European Breakfast Day yesterday! My fav meal of the day so I had to celebrate 😁 how about you? Do you have brekkie each morning or won’t eat until afternoon or once you get hungry after few hours since getting up? I believe that it’s important not to miss breakfasts as the morning fuel is so precious and enables you to start the day with positive energy, especially if it’s healthy, colorful & well balanced 😊 I had slightly different brekkies this week and no time to take pics therefore sharing another shot of the blackberry cupcakes 💙💜💙 I added recipe in the comments under the first pic but you can find it also below 😊 hugs from rainy Warsaw 😘 *RECIPE* CRUST: 3/4 glass rolled oats 8 fresh dates Bit of cold water in order to get sticky mass (depends on how big and moist the dates are, I added 3 tbsp) Process dates with oats in food processor until they get together. Add a bit of water if needed. Press it to the muffins baking mold. Should be enough for 5. Place in the fridge while making cheesy filling. “CHEESY” PART 3/4 glass cashews soaked overnight or in hot water for at least 1 h 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp agave syrup (or a bit more if you prefer) 1/3 glass almond milk (start with 1/4 and then add more if needed) 1 tbsp coconut mousse (or oil) 1 tbsp tahini 1 tsp of pure blueberry powder 2 handfuls of blackberries Process all ingredients together in food processor or blender for several minutes until you receive fine & creamy filling. To half of it add blueberry powder or few blueberries or blackberries to receive nice color. Place one layer on the crust followed by second. On the top put blackberries (or blueberries or jam or anything you like). Freeze overnight. PALLINE DI CIOCCOLATO CON 4 INGREDIENTI Vegan, senza zucchero, senza glutine e pronte in meno di 10 minuti😋! ►INGREDIENTI • 🍌2 banane mature • 🍚200 g di farina d'avena • 🥥150 g di farina di cocco • 🍫2 cucchiai di cacao amaro ►PROCEDIMENTO • Sbucciare le banane e schiacciarle con una forchetta. Mescolando, aggiungere tutti gli altri ingredienti, conservando un po' di farina di cocco per dopo; • Amalgamare bene gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo e piuttosto denso. Se non è abbastanza compatto, aggiungere farina d'avena; • Formare delle palline di impasto e passarle nella farina di cocco; • Lasciare riposare in frigo per almeno 1 ora prima di divorarle tutte😋! PS. Per l’opzione senza glutine assicurarsi che l’avena sia certificata gluten free. PS2.
