Brown rice cooked in veggie stock and spices. Then I added to a pan with veggie stock, spinach, garlic, onion, sweet peppers, broccoli, chicken( cooked) and tomatoes (last minute) to warm up a bit! I seasoned with pepper, little pink salt, garlic, onion, mrs dash, little Cajun seasoning, parsley at the last minute! I added the cooked mixture to the bowl of rice. Squeezed half a lime over it and that’s lunch!
