You guys may already know how much I love curry 🍛 this time around I made some curry fried rice! I had some leftover rice so I added in some veggies, curry powder, and mixed everything together. It’s honestly so simple and super easy! Fried rice is one of my go-to meals especially when I need something quick to take to school and the curry powder gives the usual fried rice such a unique flavor. Sharing the recipe below if you wanna give it a try✨hope you all have a great week ahead 🤗
CURRY FRIED RICE
2 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 to 1 tsp salt (adjust depending on desired taste)
Purple cabbage, chopped
Bell peppers, diced
1. In a pan, heat the sesame oil.
2. Add in the onions and sauté until tender. Add in the garlic and sauté as well.
3. Add in the carrots and let cook for a few minutes before adding the other vegetables. You can opt to add some water for carrots to cook well.
4. Add in the rice and curry powder. Mix well.
5. Enjoy while hot!
