You must be wondering where are grains, grains are for poor. Poor in the sense who don't invest on quality of life rather waste all their hard earned money on pathologies, Poor are those who waste their valuable time just to get a doctor's appointment, which they could have spent with family and friends. Poor are those who rely on medications to get rid of their symptoms. Poor are those who still don't know how a human body and brain can function. Poor are those who run their body and brain on an inferior fuel known as glucose. Poor are those who are addicted. Addicted not to drugs, but to SUGARS, this drug is more dangerous than any smuggled drug, and this drug openely is sold and bought in kilos. Poor are those who go to big brand clothing stores try multiple outfits, neither of the outfit looks good (reason obesity) and then at last buy a tent to wear. 🤔🤔Many people think Keto is unhealthy or a fad diet. . And I don't blame them. . They see a lot of video recipes that have gone viral and most are loaded with huge amounts of bacon, dipped in cheese, drenched in more butter, and rolled up with more cheese, and finally sprinkled with more bacon. Nothing wrong with bacon.🥓🥓 I'm a freaking bacon lover. (honest truth is out) . Problem is, the standard Keto diet can be packed with TOO MUCH dairy, refined oils, conventionally raised animal proteins, artificial colors, sweeteners, processed "low carb" packaged foods. . But when someone ask me if I'm on a Keto diet, I say "I'm not on a diet. I just eat real foods that are low in carb and high in fats." (still perplexed look) . "Basically, I eat meat, veggies, healthy fats." . "...and an occasional pumpkin fat bomb" (OK now I have their attention 🤣) . Then I show them this colorful plate of REAL WHOLE FOODS. . 🥩 Grass-fed beef (moderate amount) cooked in ghee - sea salt +pepper + garlic 🌿 Arugula + watercress 🍃 Fermented cabbage (digestive health) 🥑 Avocado (good healthy fats) 🥣Drizzled with hemp oil . THIS, my friend, is what the Keto way of eating looks like! You will get results. Amazing results! It becomes effortless...and even fun! To be able to eat foods that you love and fit in those skinny jeans again, feel ALIVE, feel energized again...is awesome, right? . There's no deprivation here. I feel full and satisfied. My cells have been replenished and flooded with nutrients. My baby has been fed (through the milk she will also get these amazing nutrients.) . 🧀🥑🥓Back to Keto Basics 🧀🥑🥓 Been a quiet few days for me recently but I’ve decided to go back to keto basics after losing a bit of weight I started getting a little bit lazy to say the least! I’m still working out 4 times a week but I haven’t been seeing results on the scale. My hope is that the reason why I am not seeing the pound drop on the scale is because those pounds or turning into muscle but aside from that I do still really wait to drop some more fat. So this is how I am getting back to keto basics! 🥓I’ve re-introduced MCT oil into my diet I was having this quite regularly in the early stages of my weight loss with Keto, whilst I was still fasting in the morning. Bulletproof coffee to the world! 🥓 I am now being strict with myself when it comes to intermittent fasting. I was noticing that I was stopping my fast maybe an hour early one day 20 minutes early another day and I just felt like I needed to re-introduce restrictions into my life essentially so I am sticking to my 14:10 IF 🥓 I’ve always been keen to exercise even before I started Keto, but I really want to ensure that I’m sticking to a weekly plan. So I am now exercising between four and five times a week and want to ensure I keep pushing myself fully when I’m working out 🥓I’m now cutting down on my snacks I always snack on the keto acceptable food so cheese, olives and small portions of nuts. But I found that I had been overindulging of recent, so I’m stripping it right back I’m just having one snack a day and only if I feel hungry I’ve been doing this for the past two days and I’ll update you all on my results but I’ve felt really energetic since making these small changes. This journey has no ending and we are constantly changing things and adapting to what works for us.. today I’ve realised if I train more than 2-3 days in a row I lose my motivation. If I stick to 2 days rest inbetween each gym session I find I’m excited to go each time. Next week I’m going to try out some gym classes at my gym, I’m thinking of trying Pilates, yoga and a spin class. My meal prep is sorted for the next 3 days, I may go off plan and eat more or I may stick to it.. I never restrict myself & if I tell myself I HAVE to stick to a certain amount of calories or can’t eat something I will just want to do it .. is this just me? 🤣

Spiced Atlantic Salmon, Gut Friendly Veggies and Tri-Quinoa// . Stuck for dinner ideas? I never used to cook salmon because I just didn’t know how haha. Well I would overcook it at least... maybe cook the flesh side first which would end up burning. This meal is simple, easy and tasty. It also can be made in a matter of 15 minutes. 👇🏽 1. In a pan, cook salmon on low heat (skin side down first). Season salmon with cheyenne pepper, mint, pepper and salt 2. In a wok or pot, add 1 cup of water and bring to boil, add in chopped zucchini and carrots. Allow veggies to cook until desired 3. Flip salmon/ cook on sides until thermometer reads 45 degrees 4. Heat pre-cooked quinoa in a bowl then add cooked veggies 5. In the same pan or separate one, add coconut oil to cook with and on a low heat cook asparagus. Season with salt and pepper.

Pizza con base de masa "Fat Head". Tan saciante por su gran aporte de grasa y fácil de preparar. . . Si tienes intolerancia o eres alérgico a los lácteos o eres vegano, está receta no es apta para ti. . Para 1 pizza 🌿 180 - 200 g de queso rallado 🌿 80 g de almendra molida o 1/4 de harina de coco (yo usé esta última) 🌿 1 huevo mediano 🌿 2 cdas soperas de queso crema sin aditivos (@aldi.es) 🌿 1 pizca de sal 🌿 alguna especia de tu gusto en polvo (opcional) 🌿👉 en un bowl cristal mete en el micro el queso rallado, la harina de coco /almendra y el queso crema por 1 minuto, saca y mezcla un poco, vuelve a meter por 30 segundos, saca la masa, echa el huevo, la sal y la especie de tu elección y mezcla muy bien con una varilla. 👉 precalentar el horno 170 ° 👉 en papel para horno coloca la masa en medio y por encima otro papel, dale la forma y grosor que quieras con el rodillo y mete la masa al horno unos 8 minutos o hasta que se comience a dorar ligeramente. Saca la masa, dale la vuelta y por ese lado que está más blando añade tus ingredientes favoritos (en mi caso : ✔✔ tomate casero, chorizo sin aditivos ni azúcar , cebolla, pimiento verde, chile verde, champiñones y un toque extra de queso, muy poco✔✔ ) 👉 hornea unos 12- 15 minutos más y baja la temperatura si es necesario. . . La he acompañado con una ensalada (mezcla de varios brotes) aliñada sólo con lima y un toque de sal, sólo la mitad de la pizza conseguí comerme y ya estaba full!!!! .
