🤔🤔Many people think Keto is unhealthy or a fad diet.
And I don't blame them.
They see a lot of video recipes that have gone viral and most are loaded with huge amounts of bacon, dipped in cheese, drenched in more butter, and rolled up with more cheese, and finally sprinkled with more bacon.

I'm a freaking bacon lover. (honest truth is out)
Problem is, the standard Keto diet can be packed with TOO MUCH dairy, refined oils, conventionally raised animal proteins, artificial colors, sweeteners, processed "low carb" packaged foods.
But when someone ask me if I'm on a Keto diet, I say "I'm not on a diet. I just eat real foods that are low in carb and high in fats." (still perplexed look)
"Basically, I eat meat, veggies, healthy fats."
"...and an occasional pumpkin fat bomb" (OK now I have their attention 🤣)

To be able to eat foods that you love and fit in those skinny jeans again, feel ALIVE, feel energized again...is awesome, right?
There's no deprivation here.
I feel full and satisfied.
My cells have been replenished and flooded with nutrients.
My baby has been fed (through the milk she will also get these amazing nutrients.)
My mind is calm and clear as I don't have the midday crash form a carb-heavy or sugar-laden meal. .
