Trying a high fats day today. Quite enjoying it so far as I love playing with flavours! . . First meal of the day, an Italian style omelet with onion, red pepper, garlic, mushroom, basil leaves, green pesto, sun dried tomatoes, toasted walnuts, crumbled blue cheese and olives. Had it with @musclefooduk low fat chilli and garlic pork sausages and pan cooked tomatoes. Drizzled the pan with chilli and garlic infused olive oil . Cals:749 P:47 C:5 F:55 . Il macro dei grassi è il protagonista nella cheto 🤴 copre generalmente il 70-80% delle kcal giornaliere. La funzione principale è quella di dare energia al tuo corpo e saziarti per ore. Questo è valore che in assoluto ho visto più cambiare in questi mesi. Nelle prime settimane stavo molto alta di grassi, poi man mano il corpo si abituava a bruciarli come fonte di energia ne avuto sempre meno bisogno. Il mio macro sarebbe 106g, ma raramente ci arrivo e va bene così 😉 Questi sono solo esempi di come assumere grassi buoni, ci sono poi anche altri alimenti che contengono naturalmente grassi come carne, pesce, uova, formaggi e frutta secca. So after abusing my body for a very long time, a good 10 years that involved alcohol abuse, sugar addiction, starving myself and eating only carbs... it finally caught up to me through sickness. Now not only am I vegan but I am now vegan Keto Anti Candida. Which means no meat, no dairy, no sugar, no wheat or gluten and no sugar refined high carbs. So yeah. This is going to be my life for a while, but that’s okay. I’m glad I’m aware now and it’s not too late to change it. Did you Candida overgrowths can lead to certain types of cancers and diseases?
