If what you want, like most women is improved aesthetics, then your training and eating program should aim to reduce your body fat and build up . When your body fat is reduced the curves which people call “toned” can be seen. There’s no such thing as spot reduction - you lose fat all over through a proper fatloss eating plan (which Dave can write up for you!) but you can design how your body looks through building up muscles where you want more shape (more tone) - no amount of cardio can do that...(please read full article on my FB Page💪🏼🙏🏼) .
