Hold up!! Self care is not always easy. We commonly think “people who are fit just have it so easy & that will never be me”
Many people who work on themselves the best they can will be the first ones to say, “I don’t always WANT to work out or eat healthy or do personal development”
However, they will say “I was sick of where I was and DECIDED to do something about it & I developed discipline because I can’t go back to where I was. I’m happy & this makes me feel good”. .
Not every day is it just roll out of bed & work out. No, sometimes it’s like the how many excuses can I try today to get out of my 40 minute workout. Like what!? I could have been done by now. Now, it’s just become similar to brushing teeth.
I don’t always want to brush my teeth but of course I do! Well, I know how I feel if I don’t take care of my body I was blessed with. Working, ready to respond to what you tell it to do, strong & yours. You only get one💛💛
I see videos of these amazing people who get injured & need to build everything back such as WALKING. They could easily, EASILY give up. They realized how blessed they were & took what they had for granted.
