SHARLENE’S “ICE CREAM”

1 cup Coconut yogurt
Make sure you purchase a good quality yogurt that is made with pure coconut milk, is dairy free, gluten free, preservative free, and does not contain added sugars. Recommend brand COYO.
1 cup Frozen berries
½ cup Fresh berries
½ tsp Pure organic vanilla extract
Put all ingredients into the food processor. Pulse until mixed, but still slightly chunky. Pour into serving dishes, or storage container, allow to set in freezer for 30-40min.
Remove from freezer. Top with your favourite seasonal fruit or berries, nuts, shredded coconut, or raw cocoa nibs. Enjoy! #yum
