I woke up full on researching what it takes to get a podcast going. I’ve never in my life considered this, or thought I’d be a good fit for this, but I’ve also never felt so instinctively opinionated and passionate about something in my whole life. This whole lifestyle that I’ve developed over the past couple years has skyrocketed my quality of life & found me peace, finally. I feel like there’s not a single podcast that I can find that, without being god-centered, still caters to everything I deal with, prioritize, and devote myself to on a daily basis (budgeting, baking, organizing, meal planning, finances, cooking, gardening, cleaning, pet stuff... most importantly, maintaining an atmosphere of love, happiness and calm for the people inside my home). I’ve found one or two, but in the end of the day, I’m not the “Christian woman” they are necessarily speaking to. There is nothing wrong with that, and I’m actually really enjoying listening to one podcast by @jamibalmet (Homemaker’s Foundations) because even though we don’t line up in all our spiritual beliefs, in the end it’s just about love, being who you are/who you’re meant to be, and working really really really hard for the ones you love.
So, podcast... Is it hard? Is it worth it? Is it “too late” to start a podcast? I mean, do I even have the time? Anyone out there have any advice on getting going in that world? I just have so much to say and share! ・・・
What a dreamy post from @jamies_jungle using @get_repost! 🌱🤤
