Sometimes I sit and look at pictures of myself.
I wonder if the woman that I see is happy?
I wonder how she's feeling?
I already Kno that her heart hurts but, I wonder if emotional pain hurts her heart more than what was already there?
I wonder how she has survived 40 years, and she still looks like this?
I wonder if anyone has told her that she's beautiful?
Has anyone acknowledged her fight?
She's a strong one-no doubt.
But, even the strong ones get weak sometimes. How is she making it through those weak moments?
I Kno she's accomplished some great things, I wonder if she has it in her to accomplish even more?
Like, how much more of woman could she be if she was encouraged, motivated, supported, and loved unconditionally?
I mean, how is her mental health holding up?
When you see a Black woman don't forget to acknowledge her plight. She is worthy of the same mental, physical, and emotional love/support just like other women.
