Ok ok, so I have secrets. . Like this recipe for instance. . Honey Chipotle Chicken Tenders with Sweet Potato. . But today I'm here to share this secret with you because in the words of Abraham Lincoln, "there are no spicy foods, only weak people" . Preheat oven to 425. . Large package of non frozen chicken tenders. (This made 5 meals 8 Oz of chicken per meal) . Take 1 can of chipotles in sauce, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 tbsp of honey throw it in the food processor. Grind it together really good. That's your sauce. . Lay the chicken tenders out on a foil lined cookie tray. . Use a brush and brush on the sauce you just made. . Put them in the oven for 10 minutes. . When the 10 minute timer beeps. Flip them, put on more chipotle sauce that you made, bake another 10 minutes. . For the sweet potato, poke holes all the way around, microwave for 7 minutes (you can do multiple at a time) . 💪🏼 Rope curls - have you tried them? - I like switching it up in the gym bc it makes it more fun and I see better results that way too 🤗 - Switching it up might mean exercises, reps, or if could mean something as simple as extensions/grips on the cables. - Whatever it is, make sure you’re having fun in the gym and enjoying your workouts, bc that’s the only way you’ll stay consistent! 🙌🏼 - I tell my clients all the time if they don’t like an exercise, then tell me and I’ll kick it out of your program! Bc if you don’t like it... you won’t do it. 💡 - So have fun! Go to the gym! And lift some ducking weights 💪🏼😆 and by ducking I meant fucking, but autocorrect doesn’t like me saying that apparently 😂

Once it’s in your system, its nutrients are broken down to be converted into energy & used for other functions in the body to keep you running. But, problem here. This list is the annual sales of snacks in 2017. Nothing on this list is high in protein or in satiety, meaning it’s not going to hold you over till the next meal. You’re more likely to consume more snacks before you make it to your meal. Then by that point it’s too late, you’ve finished the whole box & your appetite for lunch/dinner is finished. 🦸🏻‍♂️ I’m so glad I brought my art stuff to Atlanta with me. I found these from when I was on my last hot drawing streak. Everyday my head was in a sketch book. ✍🏻 14 years old. Aspiring comic book illustrator and inker. Just finished flipping through “How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way” by Stan Lee and John Buscema for the 1000th time. ✍🏻 Sometimes I wish I took art or the gym more seriously as a kid. I was certainly mature enough.. just too proud to think I could be doing something better, and too lazy to learn more. I cared about having fun with it more than I cared about results. ✍🏻 But other times I’m happy that I got to fill a thousand pages with scribbles that led to the few unfinished pieces of work I’ve actually saved. ✍🏻 I think we all need that time to goof around so we understand the value of discipline and self education. I want to get back into it, but I don’t know where to start? I need some ideas. . . The question I get most and it’s my absolute favorite one! I was exactly that person that was overwhelmed and just wanted help to figure out where to start first. . But no worries I got you! Here’s my favorite tips that Helped me! . 1. Protein is top priority, it is the only thing that flips that switch from fat storing to fat burning. So try and add protein to the meals your already eating. Aim to eat it every 3 hours, it takes longer to digest so you are less hungry and reduces cravings. . 2. Start logging your food! Even if it’s bad log it so you can see how many calories you are eating and can get an idea of where you are. Once you figure out your numbers you can start making plans on how to change them to suit your goals. . 3. Start weight training at minimum 3 times a week! It doesn’t need to be hours in a gym, whatever you can do and work from there. For me that’s 24 min at home doing an emom style weight lifting session. . . If you need any help with starting or just getting more detailed with these tips I’m here 💗🙋🏽

Cable Warm up: (Light weight): ◇Kneeling rope rows -> SS single arm kneeling lat pull downs R+L . Workout:. ◇ Lat pull downs wide hammer grip-> SS bent over cable rows. . ◇ Lat pull downs narrow grip -> SS seated rows: narrow hammer grip. ◇ Back extensions-> SS bent over bb rows. ◇ Deadlifts. ◇ Cable back flys: shoulder height straight arm & from high to low pulls Ended with some pull ups (got to 2). Making sure to get them in everyday💪 to get better🖤. . . Happy Wednesday✌😁

Not only is it important in helping maintain posture while sprinting(key in force application into the ground) but they also act as a counter balance(stole that thought from @hunter_charneski ) to the force being applied by the legs. - Here is a drill I used with @nhszn yesterday since we had limited room in the garage(and it was cold and rainy) to work on his arm action. - One thing you’ll notice is that as his arms move faster, the higher his hips come off the ground. When you add the legs into the movement(sprinting), now the legs can cycle much more easily underneath him. - So don’t be like me and think that sprinting is only a lower body activity. PROGRESS 1.5 months apart and three pounds/2% body fat difference between the before and now. It may not seem like much but the biggest difference I am noticing is the change in my body composition! I am carrying less fat around my midsection and thighs and maintaining as much muscle as I can while focusing on fat loss. No quick fixes, no magic pills, no filters, just hard work and dedication to eating (mostly) clean and fueling my body with the proper supplementation to maximize my results. Is it a drastic change? No. Does success usually come overnight? No! Slow and steady truly does win the race for me (especially post partum) as it is much easier to maintain weight loss from proper nutrition as opposed to restrictive/crash dieting. Have any questions?
