Anxiety can be difficult to handle at times. Sometimes it's because we over schedule our time, and I am highly guilty of this.
But then that brings up the second concept, that we need to accept challenges when they present themselves. this means that the challenge is to schedule our time better or just learn how to multitask like a beast.
Now the third concept, which is how you deal with anxiety, challenges, and your own frame of mind. sometimes our anxiety comes from our challenges and we need to differentiate which is good anxiety and bad anxiety. if the challenges trait and anxiety that helps us improve our own being then it's actually a good anxiety. However, if you start getting anxious in one part of your life and then the anxiety is causing the restlessness and then uncertainty to go into your other parts of life, then it's probably a bad anxiety or it could be how you're managing your mind frame. *
The fourth concept would be managing your mind frame. So, this indicates whether if you can view things positively or negatively. Also, if you unknowingly fall into a negative loop, you can find the mental tools (behavior and emotional management) to help find what the source of the problem is.
So I chose to take my anxiety today and state, " yes, I do feel overwhelmed and yes it almost feels like too much; however, I will and I can overcome this feeling. I will accept this challenge because I know I can do this and i will become better for it.
