My morning and night yoga practices are literally day and night. In my nightly practice everything is very fast, challenging, and thrilling. My morning practice is very slow, calm, and relaxing. I typically pick a chakra to target during both sessions. In the morning I meditate prior to the session, find what feels most out of balance and channel it’s energy. Waking up and deciding your frequency is not the easiest thing to do when life is going on around you... but it is the most necessary. I pick a quote to think about after the session. Something to keep in mind throughout the day to help rebalance if I feel uneasy, and to help hold my frequency at a steady and high vibration. Being mindful and living in the moment has been the most challenging but rewarding part of this journey for me. My practice is still growing and evolving, but in this moment, it feels really good!
