Some favourite sights in wee studio #411 at @ Sun Wah. Participating in my first ever @ was a thrill—an invigorating, moving, tiring (only at the end of each day) thrill.
On Saturday, seniors came through on a joint Mandarin/Cantonese tour led by @’s @ & @ (THAT smile on the lady in red is infectious!), but not before @ dropped by in a delightful surprise 🐱 @ vendor Henrik also paid our building a visit. He showed me his copy of a photo shot for the annual Hope in Shadows calendar and I asked if I could snap a photo of them together, which he kindly obliged.
And on the last day after the crowds cleared, @.leo.w took some snaps of me and my work. For posterity, of course 🖼 There is still a lot to digest but this much I know: I am doing something right and am incredibly supported by friends and family, and strangers even. There were those who paused to tell me how the work resonated with them, or who said they came specifically to seek me out, or who took home a piece of my heart. Thank you, thank you.
