🧠“PEOPLE FAIL SYSTEMS PREVAIL” - Jonny Deacon. . People think I’m in the business of selling DNA kits. . Not true. . We’re in the business of building our clients entirely new futures. And we do that by building them bespoke SYSTEMS to which DNA is step 1 which like building a 🏡 starts with the architects ✏️. . What is a system? . Well, a system, very simple is just a collection of units that interact and mutually influence each other. It's just a collection of things that all interconnect with each other and they all influence and interact with each other to produce a whole. It's a whole that does something made up of different things. . What is systems theory? . Systems theory looks at all the components and how they interconnect with each other and how that affects the whole. A systems thinker sees the whole instead of just the parts. They notice the structure of the whole and the relationships and interdependence between all of its parts. . The key difference here is a normal person, like most traditional “experts” in health and fitness just see things as parts in isolation. . A perfect example is someone selling a diet or workout which is a component to ultimate health but excludes the science of habits, sleep, hormone protocols, genetic underpinnings and why psychology is as important as biology such as a why discover and disc/Kolbe-a Index assememt. . What perpetuates and makes this worse is that even the top experts in health are coaching either MACRO high level strategies OR specialise in MICRO details of just one component, like a dietician for food, a personal trainer for exercise or naturopath for supplementation. . *Never will you find them all combined at both a macro and micro level. . How do I know this is true? . Because none of them are looking at the system as a whole and what truly makes all of us 100% unique and truly who we are, which is our genes. . Your DNA is a starting framework and your source code. Like all world class systems, it is redundant in isolation, but when combined with the correct components unstoppable. . Do you have a system for your health?

One day it clicked again...I had moved a few months ago and to say that I’ve been trying to find my rhythm would be exactly right. I think that keeping my food in check was the only reason I didn’t gain, but I wasn’t losing those couple of pounds I wanted to and I wasn’t building lean muscle consistently. 🤷🏻‍♀️ . Now, having gone through my 4th Whole30, I am ending it with the strongest conviction I’ve ever had that real food is medicine. It’s healing. It’s what fuels and drives your body to accomplish more. When I don’t stay focused on this lifestyle and find time to exercise, it shows in every aspect of my life - from how much I feel up to doing with the kids, to how much energy I have to be focused at work, to my mood overall. Food and exercise are no new recommendation for a healthy life. There is a reason it’s so strongly encouraged for a better you...because it works. 🙌🏼 . Now, I need to grab a late workout and prep for tomorrow!!! ☺️ #transformationtuesday

My name is Lerozier Holt and I have anxiety. I thought this was something that had gone away. But nah.. it hasn’t. And I don’t think it ever will. Over the last few days, I’ve been sick and I know my anxiety led to it. I had bitten my lips so bad that they are fuckin raw. Sinuses have been insanely clogged. I’ve been tired. I’ve been bloated. I’ve been worrying excessively. This shit affects my mind and my body. I get it now though. I see it and I accept it. I stopped meditating for a while bc I thought i was good but nah. It’s like if I stopped going to the gym I would lose my muscle. Well it’s the same thing for this, if I stop training my mind, I’ll lose it. So this episode happens and I’ve learned what I had to learn and I’m having a much better day today. Hopefully I’ll beat this shit one day but if not I know how to deal with it so I’m good either way🤟🏾

Semana 4 de mi Challenge de 12 semanas: Aquí estoy completando mis 10 mil pasos diarios 👣 ➡️ 10 mil pasos diarios, 4 veces a la semana (esto seguirá cambiando). ➡️Aun sigo jugando con las frecuencias cardiacas. ➡️ He reducido los hiits cortos matadores. ➡️ Hago Sprints solo para sacarme cucos (ansiedad) 😉💫 ➡️A la final estoy haciendo algo como periodizaciones... Lo que siempre he hecho pero de manera más organizada para rendir mas en las pesas también. Por eso siempre les digo que se trata de elaborar un buen plan de entrenamiento de acuerdo a sus metas y felicidad!!! 🌈 . 🌸NO SE TRATA DE SÓLO UN % DE GRASA, SE TRATA DE SER MEJOR, DE RENDIR MÁS, DE SER MÁS FUERTE, MÁS CAPAZ🌸 #TrainSmart - Veamos que tal! No pensé que relajarme y solo caminar me haría tan feliz, aunque me dan arrancones de ansiedad y al final remato con sprints 👀 jajaja Obvio todo entra al cálculo para mi reto. . De ahi siempre haré lo que me haga feliz. ... De manera responsable... Obvio... Jajaja . . .
