What up everyone, Happy Saturday! Hope you guys are having a good one. Today I’m straight chillin’. Glad to be back on my regular routine, drinking coffee, drinking water. Hell, drinking Diet Dr. Peppers and Monster Zeros if I want to MOM’S NOT HERE.
YOU GUYS. We’re only 12 days out from the return of JERSEY SHORE. 🤣🤣 No joke I am super pumped about this…and then last I night I find out that it’s been renewed for a SEASON TWO ALREADY??? It’s like a belated birthday miracle! I must be truly a bro. What can I say? 🤷♀️
Alright, enough Shore Talk, today I plan on hitting the gym. I don’t typically train on Saturdays, I keep it to three days a week, usually Monday, Wednesday, Friday, but between the dehydration plan and the photo shoot, I haven’t had a real solid workout since Monday, so we’re gonna fix all that today. Maybe some squats and some incline bench press. I gotta work on my upper pectorals. Yeah buddy.
Oh! And the dogs are finally getting their hair done and we’ll be hanging out with Grandma for a bit. So…action-packed Saturday, yes? Hope you guys have a great one! STEVE OUT
