Guys, I have some sad news. This is an actual picture of the full amount of coffee I poured myself this morning. I'm breaking up with coffee.☕😭 Now don't get all mad at me, I'm not saying coffee is bad!! For a long time now my body has been giving me signals that it doesn't like caffeine - I just didn't want to listen. After I drink coffee, I sweat profusely. And I don't mean sweat a little bit because it warms me up, I mean like pit-stains, embarrassing-type sweat. I also feel extremely jittery and it makes me irritable - which is a fabulous way to feel as your kids are waking up.😣 I've been gradually reducing the amount I drink every morning so that I can eventually give it up, hopefully without a nasty headache.
So this is just my morning PSA to say that someone else's one-size-fits-all diet plan may not work for you. My husband can drink coffee at 8pm, hit the pillow shortly after and fall asleep no problem. We are all made different and it's our job to listen and take action❗
