My attempt at a potrait drawing with watercolor gradient. This technique is inspired by the extremely talented @polina.bright. I adore her way of bringing life to potraits with the tiniest of strokes!! .
Now coming to the face in this drawing; It is none other than my adorable sister @pallavi_manjunath 😁 Ever since I started getting curious of experimenting new things related to beauty and art, I never had to worry on whom to try it out on,. May it be a new hair style tutorial that I come across on YouTube, styling bangs, nail art or a bizarre combination of outfits, it was always her who I'd trick into believing that it'd be great and eventually convince into falling in my trap (poor girl has even regretted it several times though, but never stopped believing in me lol😄). Even while I wanted to try sketching potraits without any prior knowledge, it was her potrait that I drew for the very first time 8 years back. She's always been a supportive ALR (Art Lab rat) to most of my crazy experiments and I cannot thank her enough for this 😬
And now, I had to try this new technique to see if I really could do it the way I anticipated, thankfully I had this picture of her 😁
If you've read this far, please let me know what you think of it 😊 .
