Heading into week 6 of the current program I’m doing and guys I’m Feeling AMAZING!!! Upper body is looking & feeling great and I swear I’ve lost inches in my upper waist area! I LOVE how realistic this program is to real life, having to only push play 4 days a week and being allowed to have chocolate & treats!! 😍
