Let’s talk about the simplest, yet most effective technique to developing your squat - learning to breath correctly: - - I’ve purposely not added music for this video so you can hear my breathing pattern. - - At the top of the rep I take as much air in as possible and trap it by holding my breath and pushing my tongue against the roof of my mouth (instant core tightness) - Why do this? Simple. It helps you maintain spine neutrality through creating bodily tightness. Also, don’t expect to not get gassed if you’re not breathing correctly. - - Here i was practicing some beltless squats for 100kg x4, really working on developing my Dorsiflexion and maintaining a linear bar path. - - Controlled breathing is the key to perfecting your big movements. Feed your body with le oxygen and watch your compounds sky-rocket. - - Muchos love xoxo

When I first started out on my journey it was always my shoulders that grew first and my arms followed next. Over the past 12 months I have been designing my programs around developing and growing my chest (.)(.) - After taking this recent pic I am happy with how things are progressing. Although I am not where I want to be yet I am starting to add some size and thickness which has been my goal. I’ve been doing a LOT of incline barbell press and focusing purely on overload. Obs: Essa uma uma receita que apesar de ser com ingredientes leves, possui uma quantidade considerável de açúcar demerara, portanto, é uma receitinha pra vc fazer no FDS para dividir com a família ou amigos! . ✴️Receita: . Para a massa: 3 xícaras de farinha de aveia, 2 ovos, 1 colher de açúcar demerara, 2 colheres de cacau 💯%, 1/2 caixa de creme de leite leve, 1 pitada de sal e 1 colher de fermento em pó. . . Para os cremes: 2 xícaras de leite em pó desnatado, 1/2 xícara de água morna, 1/2 xícara de açúcar demerara, 3 colheres de côco ralado sem açúcar, 3 colheres de cacau em pó 💯%. . . Modo de preparo: bata os ovos com o açúcar e o cacau, acrescente o creme de leite e os demais ingredientes, por último o fermento em pó. Para o recheio é só bater primeiramente o leite em pó desnatado com a água morna e o açúcar demerara e levar ao fogo por alguns minutos até engrossar. Divida o creme obtido em dois recipientes, em um vc acrescenta o côco e no outro o cacau. . . Montagem: em uma forma untada com óleo de côco, despeje metade da massa, agora despeje o creme de côco obtido e por cima o restante da massa, leve ao forno pré aquecido por aproximadamente 30 min.
