I can get more out of a set of strict AF 30lb dumbbell curls than those lookin' like goof troop having a seizure slinging 80lb dumbbells for curls where their shoulders and/or lats are helping (lots of elbow movement). Pin the elbows, wedge them against something then proceed to use a full range of motion to tear those mfkers down. A recipe for big biceps.. oh and you can't eat like a bird.
