Happy Friday🍻 Happy weekend . With the weekend fast approaching, here’s a quick reminder that falling off course for a meal or a day doesn’t mean you took a step back. It means to took a step in another direction. It’s important in those situations, to take time to reflect on those decision in order to take steps towards bettering our health and well-being. . Yesterday, I made all the bad decisions; pizza, candy, chocolate, chips, energy drinks. I felt like 💩 when I went to bed. This morning as I reflected on those decisions, I think about WHY I ate that way. The why is so important!!! If we don’t acknowledge that our mood or energy level or even some of our circumstances effect our hunger/cravings/food choices we will never break through barriers. . Take a moment this weekend before mindlessly grabbing for a snack or a meal and think about not only how that food is going to make you feel but also about why you had the urge to grab for it. . El entrenamiento en suspensión es funcional, ya que permite trabajar movimientos que implican grandes cadenas musculares. Al disponer de menos apoyos que cuando trabajamos de forma tradicional, nuestra sección media o core debe estar activado al 100%: él nos estabiliza, y por él pasan todas las fuerzas que generamos. Trabajar con nuestro peso corporal, como es el caso del entrenamiento con TRX, nos permite aumentar nuestra fuerza y resistencia muscular, y tonificar todo nuestro cuerpo. Si esto se os queda corto, siempre podéis utilizar muñequeras o tobilleras con peso para aumentar la dificultad. Si aplicamos el entrenamiento en suspensión en un circuito de intervalos obtendremos, además de los beneficios anteriormente mencionados, un buen entrenamiento cardiovascular y quemagrasas.
