Ice cream churros bowls are best treat for your next party. I am in love with it, hot churros with cold vanilla icecream give Divine flavour, squeeze some chocklate topping to enhance flavour .
Recpie for churros
1 cup white flour
1 cup water
3 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp sugar
Melt butter in saucepan, add water, sugar, salt and bring to boil.gradually add flour ,mix well continously on low heat until it start to get off from side ofpan and form a ball. Set aside and make it completely cool down. Add eggs,one at a time, mix well until it become medium consistency batter for piping out. If its too thick, add extra egg. Put batter in piping bag with 2 to 3 cm nozzle .pipe batter in enough depth hot oil and fry until light brown.
For churro bowls, use same recpie with mould
