Random af lunch! Spaghetti sauce with some cheese curds. I made the cheese curds in the air fryer, but they need some improvement! The “breading” is made with almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and spices but it needed more flavor! So dip the curds in egg, coat it in the “breading”, repeat, and throw them in the freezer for at least 15 min. Then just throw them in the air fryer! The time will vary...I cooked them at 360 and checked them every few minutes. Mine were actually frozen solid because I forgot about them the other night. Oops ☺️. Now I’m off to a stem appointment. Broke my fast with this protein bowl of goodness. 2 oz cream cheese, 2 hard boiled eggs and about 4oz smoked salmon and everything but the bagel seasoning sprinkled generously over the top. So delicious and filling. My app only shows 19.5 hrs fasting it I actually went about 2 hours longer than that. Last night I realized I wasn’t hungry when I was getting dinner ready for my son so I started the clock then but it had been a couple hours since I had eaten anything. Working on eating intuitively vs eating because it’s “time to eat” (ie dinner time). I feel awesome when I fast and am so clear headed and full of energy.... not sure how long I would actually want to go but we’ll see if I ever decide to push the limits with a long fast. Intermittent fasting + figs - I'm a firm believer that our bodies do best with less food. I've practiced fasting in many ways these past 6 years, including juice fasting, water fasting and dry fasting. I've always believed that if we feed our bodies just the right amount of nutrition and minerals and satisfy the hunger, it will perform at it's best. - Since finishing my 14 day water fast, I've dabbled with 22-24 hour water fast, a 48-hour water fast and several days of intermittent fasting. At first, I was skeptical of intermittent fasting, however, after a few weeks of 18 hour window fasting, I've notice the benefits. I've Incorporated 18 hour fast, with a six-hour window of eating. This means that I break my fast everyday at noon and then I eat supper at 1730. I've never been one to be hungry when I get up in the morning. In fact, I don't typically get hungry till 11-12. I’ve set my mind to a DOUBLE CLEANSE. Funnily enough, most people find the second day easier than the first! ——> What do I do? The last meal/food I ate was Thursday evening. El aroma que dejan en casa cuando los haces al horno, me transporta al instante a mi infancia. . 🎃 Calabaza. 🍠 Boniato. . ↪️ La preparación más simple imposible: - Cortas a mitad la calabaza, lavas los boniatos y los colocas en una bandeja de horno. -Con el horno a 180º se coloca la bandeja a mitad/baja altura y lo dejamos mínimo 2h (dependerá de como os guste a vosotros y del horno). - Una vez sale lo dejas enfriar y a gozar. Puedes consumirlo en postres, mezclado con QFB, hacer alguna tarta como mis dos colegas @burpee_vet @c.ferrando 🙄 o simplemente comerlo así mientras haces la cena y te lo acabas antes de terminar de hacerla, eso no sé quién lo hará 😅🙋. - Ahora ya sois adictos. This delicious crisp captures the essence of nature’s flavor trilogy: sugar, salt, and fat. The next time you want a comforting homemade dessert but don’t want to risk your health over it, try this yummy berry crisp! Ingredients: 1 cup blackberries 1 cup wild blueberries 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon SGF Vanilla Creamer 3 tablespoons arrowroot powder 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour ½ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt 2 tablespoons chilled grass fed butter 2 tablespoons SGF coconut oil 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener Instructions: 1. Place berries in a large bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, Vanilla Creamer, and arrowroot; gently toss to combine. 2. In a food processor, combine almond flour, salt, butter, oil and monk fruit. 3. Place peach mixture in a 3 quart baking dish 4. Evenly spread crumble topping over berries 5. Bake covered at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove cover, and bake for another 20 minutes or until crumble is golden brown and “crisp.” Enjoy!

One thing I often hear is... “I don’t think I would be able to follow your meal plan because my kids are picky eaters, and I’m not cooking two separate meals!” So my next questions are: What types of things are you making for them currently? So much has changed in only a year! 😱😃 I loved my body before I got pregnant but I love it even more now! 😃🙌🏼 I think it’s so crazy how big my belly was at the end of my pregnancy! . Isn’t the human body incredible!! What we’re capable of absolutely blows my mind. My body isn’t just supporting my own life but it grew a human - and still is! I’m so proud of what my body has done and continues to do for my precious daughter. Mothers are absolutely amazing and we should all be so proud of ourselves! Being a mother isn’t easy in many ways which I’m now starting to experience and the last thing I’m going to do is pressure myself to “bounce back” quickly or beat myself up because my body hasn’t returned to my pre-baby condition. It’s totally unrealistic for me to expect to “bounce back” from having my beautiful big belly to a flat and lean tummy in a short amount of time. I choose to celebrate my body and how incredible it is in any condition, shape (or size) and I choose to focus on being my best mentally and physically for my daughter Mia - and my priority definitely isn’t looking a certain way. .
