So many questions about my new classes!!! 💛🙏 So let me tell you a bit more about it. 😍 I will soon be running dance fitness classes around the Lake District with the amazing Fitbop. Classes are based around the idea of 'dancing through the decades'. 毎週金曜は 10:30〜11:15 buio.nagoya トランポリン、12:30〜13:15 いつきフィットネスクラブ ZUMBA です😊 . 二本レッスン終了後、久しぶりに体組成を測からせてもらいました✨ . BBJ大会からプラス6キロ…どっしり感。 外側広筋がちょっと張ってなんか強そう💦 そんな感じでなんとなくドキドキしてました。 . 体脂肪率は19%でしたが、 それより嬉しかったのは基礎代謝量が高かったことです(^^) 基礎代謝は何もしなくても生きてるだけで消費するカロリーの事です👀 . レッスンもそうですが、筋トレも全力で頑張るとわかりやすく数値にも現れるので 気にしすぎると良くないけど たまに測るとモチベーションが上がりますね✨ . #zumba #intermittenttraining #trampoline #workout #fitness #healthylife #心肺機能アップ #むくみ解消 #ストレス発散 #筋トレ #有酸素運動 #基礎代謝量

In wenigen Stunden können wir endlich ins Wochenende starten! Da am Sonntag ja das 1. Deutschlandspiel bei der WM ist, werden viele von uns wahrscheinlich eher nicht zum Trainieren kommen 😃 Deswegen gehen wir heute nochmal schnell zum Sport! Heute steht Rücken- und Bizepstraining auf dem Plan 💪 Ich probiere im Moment eine neue Trainingsmethode aus: P.I.T. (Pete's intermittent Training). Dabei macht man nur einen Satz, NICHT mit Maximalgewicht, aber dafür immer ca. 20 Wiederholungen. Wichtig dabei ist, dass man das Gewicht immer komplett absetzt, z.B. bei der Beinpresse immer das Gewicht ganz absetzen und dann wieder von unten aus starten. Ich finde es ultra effektiv und außerdem dauert dann ein Training nicht ganz so lange 😉 Hier einmal, was ich heute mache:  1. Deadlifts (20 kg Hantel + 15kg pro Seite) - 18-20 Wdh 2. Klimmzüge - so viele, wie ich schaffe 3. Rudern einarmig an der Maschine (25 kg) - 20 - 22 Wdh 4. Rudern im Sitzen am Kabelzug (20 kg) - 22 - 25 Wdh 5. Latziehen Parallelgriff (35 kg) - 22 - 25 Wdh 6. Kurzhantel Bizeps Curls (7 kg) - 22 - 25 Wdh  7. Preacher Curs am Kabelzug (7,5 kg) - 30 - 40 Wdh  Kennt ihr die Trainingsmethode? Losing weight and the methods people employ to do it - crash diets, detox farms, excessive exercise mainly cardio etc, often leads to the exact opposite- loss of bone mineral density and muscle tissue. To cut a long story short, train hard, stay strong, shut that weight loss machine in your head. P.S- Weight loss sells easily and keeps you a consumer for life. Health on the other hand, makes poor business sense. Day 8 💐 and I am feeling pretty good 💪🏻. I’m not bloated, I’m not as tired and the headaches are easing. Trying to focus on each day rather than how long I have left. Admittedly I started eating well and knocking off sugar and soft drinks about three weeks prior to starting this... and this week I’m fitting comfortably into work pants I haven’t worn in 3 years 😍🙋🏼‍♀️🙌🏻! When you eat right for 3 days and feel like a fitness model 😂🙌🏻💃🏼👱🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️👙 Not sure who else experiences it... but I have a ‘bad friend’ that lives in my head... let’s call her Beryl. And when I eat right and exercise for like...2 days straight... Beryl tries to convince me “damn girl, you’ve eaten salad and worked out twice this week already, you’ve probs lost atleast 4kg, treat yourself” 😂😂 So I blame Beryl for all the times I’ve undone the hard work 🖕🏻 Trying to power through day 3, I’m ignoring Beryl but gosh I’m tired. I did not realise just how much stuff has sugar in it and just how much I probably ate in hidden sugar. I hate running. I’m just not good at it. I don’t have the correct ‘running technique’, my calves burn, I get shin splints and my breathing is so bad that I always get a stitch. But if there’s one thing I hate more, it’s not being able to do it. So... along with some strong encouragement I pushed myself so much last night (yes...Saturday night), completed the River at 1:00:48secs and shaved off my best time by 8 minutes!!! 8 whole minutes and I’m stoked. Um dos principais motivos para muitos não praticarem exercícios é a falta de tempo. O que faz ser importante encontrar estratégias de treinamento que tragam bons resultados e demandar pouco tempo para tal. Portanto, uma das opções mais falida de treino são os aeróbios de baixa intensidade e longa duração, além de demandar muito do seu tempo. Isso, comprovado por vários estudos, como um publicado no Medicine and Science In Sport and Exercise, onde os participantes foram divididos 3 grupos: 1) 7 tiros de 30" a 120% do VO2máx 2) 3 tiros de 3' a 85 - 90% do VO2máx 3) 40' a 60 - 65% do VO2máx. Após 8 semanas de treinamento, os piores resultados na melhora da condição física fora do treinamento contínuo, esse grupo só teve melhora nas primeiras semanas. Muito tempo perdido para pouco resultado. Está cada vez mais óbvio, se for para emagrecer, aeróbios de baixo a moderada não são uma boa opção. Isso não quer dizer que você não possa fazer, pois se esse tipo de treino te faz feliz, seja feliz. E dia 13 em nosso curso com o prof.
