The majority say they don’t warm up at all before starting resistance training. Why? 🔥Your shoulders hurt during Bench Press

Time is a big excuse. People say they just don’t have the time to warm up. But I’ll tell you when you will have the time? When you injure yourself due to ill preparation and have to take time off. 🚑 Poor mobility leads to increased chance of injury
I always say to my clients, if you can’t find time to warm up, I’ll sacrifice your accessory movements to make time.
I personally spend 20-30 Mins foam rolling, dynamic stretching, band stretching... and that’s before I even touch a barbell.
