Been having a lot of ‘F’ it, it’s December thoughts today....actually all week....no seriously since the 1st December because you know??? It’s December and you just say ‘F’ it, Eat all the food, drink all the drinks and then ‘fix’ it in January even though you only have some half arsed lame plan to ‘go to the gym!’ Or even worse ‘dry January!’ 😝 I don’t want to be that person anymore. Not because there’s anything wrong with ‘that person’ but because I was that person for so long and it didn’t make me happy, it didn’t make me feel good about myself. It’s been a seriously long process but with the help of my amazing online community of supporters I feel like I’m finally learning that I don’t have to be ‘that person’ anymore! So, I said NO to takeout, NO to just eating PB out the jar 🙈 and NO to giving up on my workout this morning! You can do it, you can change, you just have to really want to. Don’t think that December is an excuse to give up on yourself, your goals, the life you’ve been working so hard for all year!! What matters more? The cake, the chocolate and the wine or feeling good? When I remind myself how good I feel when I eat the right foods and move my body then it becomes so much easier to say NO!
