Are you familiar with depression? 😰
Having close friends or family members around you who suffer from depression? 🤔
Sadness, hopelessness, worthlessness and helplessness are not easy thoughts to deal with. 😔
In this BBC session, we will discuss ways to do a better self-care and to take better care of your people. 😊
What to do when you are depressed, when should you seek help, what to do if you suspicious that someone you know is depressive, how to help them before it is too late, as well as what to say and not to say to them. 🤩
We will also discuss how Islam sees depression as mental illness, the importance of mental health of our society to achieve stronger ummah, and how to maintain better mental health awareness in our society. 😊
