Doesn't matter what kind of shape I'm in, crossfit always manages to get me on camera when I'm deep in the pain cave. -
Top left: @ 2014 2-mile relay @ and I ran the first leg. We ran our first mile in 5:40 and our 2 miles in about 12 flat. Adam was literally pulling me with that rope. Needless to say, I was pretty effed.
Top right: @ #2016 Team Murph. This was an hour long workout. My calves were cramping BAD, so @ pushed me to the finish even though no team was around us and the rest of the team was still behind us. .
Bottom left: 2016 INDIVIDUAL event 5. I felt pretty confident about this wod, I was one of the few that was looking forward to running on the true form. Right before my last run on the true form, I started cramping. I looked like I was trying so hard that the announcers thought I was running faster than @, after they said that he got off and I was on for another minute. .
Bottom right: 2017 team event 1. I was very confident in this workout and was supposed to be ahead of @ the entire time. But things didn't go as planned and jess had to push ME to the finish. 🙄 .
