THE HALFWAY POINT: I made to Day 15 of the #Whole30. No gluten, no sugar, no dairy, no legumes. To be honest, there have been some hard points. It’s definitely not easy. However, I can already say that it’s worth it. I’m learning to have healthy relationships with food and eating, that I’ll carry with me! I feel better than ever. My skin looks awesome (a combo of diet changes and Young Living skincare products), I’ve been sleeping better, and I feel better, overall. I promise, even making a small change is worth it.....I’m so lucky to have a community doing this with me. AND I have the support of the best Essential Oils. PLUS: this meal was delish, I love making new meals, just by combining a protein with veggies/healthy fats, and a small portion of fruit. Here’s to 15 more days, and a lifetime of better choices!
