What I really want to do right now vs what I'm doing right now.
My feelings: Being on my cozy PJ, covered with my blanket, petting my cat and watching a movie with Camila.
I totally could do that since I'm my own boss.
So, what do I do? Block my feelings and move, move and keep moving.
I prepared lunchbox and breakfast for my little one, played with her, took her to school, folded the laundry I had in the dryer for almost a week, organized her drawers so beautiful my mom would be proud, went to CrossFit, now I'm taking care of a client and have to show up at the Camila's thanksgiving event. And that is just half of my day!
Did I want to do it? Did I feel like doing all of this?
No! So I invite you to block your feelings sometimes and get things done. Do just one at time and later you'll see how you are crushing it.
