This past week I started a new program.
...all while trying to keep my #running streak/half #marathon training going.
TODAY was dedicated to the #foamroller...so, I was pretty #jazzed up.
I know this is something I need to do more often and (if you saw my Insta story) my IT band let me know all about it! 😭😭😭
We often don't do the things we need to be doing for our #health ...
- #eating right
- moving more
- getting enough #sleep
- reducing #stress
-...foam rolling 😉
...which is why I have loved my #journey as a #Coach. .
I #learn something new every day, either through a new program, from a #challenger, by helping out someone with a question, through a #nutrition plan, from running a group, or just through WANTING to know more in order to #motivate others.
It's more than workouts, posting on #socialmedia , and it is certainly not about "selling stuff" for me.
