#day64 I've always dreaded Mondays. Partially because I have to return to office after a beautiful weekend, but mostly because I have kept the most difficult workout session on a Monday. It's @emiwong_ Burn 100 calories in 10 mins done twice! Boy is it difficult!! It gets me sweaty and out of breath within the first few minutes of the workout! But I always manage to get it done and get a brilliant sense of achievement out of it. It also sets the tone for the entire week!! I start the week strong!! And that's exactly what happened today too! It was a brilliant 20 min session! I finally managed to sustain through the #elbowplankjacks . I still struggle through #sciccors and #jumplunges. But I'm more than determined to sustain and strongly complete these 2 workouts too (which I've been failing to do since the very beginning) NEXT MONDAY! . . Food was on point! I've finally managed to stay within my 1200 cal range today. I've been breaching this since the past 2 weeks or even more than that! So glad I got my butt out of bed early this morning. I really didn’t want to go to the gym. But once I got there, I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. Did my first bench press session. My upper body isn’t strong (YET) so I didn’t have much weight on the bar. But I have to start somewhere. 55lbs. 6 exercises 4 rounds. I’m feeling GOOD!!! Nothing can stop me now. #spartantraining

It has been a while since I posted a workout. Here’s the 45-min leg workout I did yesterday that’s making it difficult to get up and down the stairs today! Do four rounds of each superset.
