New fave product 🙌 I already loved the Brunswick brand because they’re one of the few clean ingredient lists and use 100% olive oil (not an oil ‘blend’), but I’m really enjoying this Brisling variety! Not sure what the difference is, and I haven’t had regular sardines in a bit, but I find them quite mild and not as pungent & fishy as I recall the others being. Plus they’re sooooooo nutrient dense and good for you! Side note: I thought that was a photo printed on the pack but it’s the actual product under a film seal 😆

Happy Friday! I made homemade chicken pot pie last night for dinner and the leftovers are even better. I always go with an all butter crust and also used whole chicken, along with fresh bone broth in the filling. Worth all the effort! 🤤❤️
