The first couplet in the Dhammapada (sort of) :
Begins, "1. Everything has mind in the lead, has mind in the forefront, is made by mind. If one speaks or acts with a corrupt mind, misery will follow, as the wheel of a cart follows the foot of the ox.
2. Everything has mind in the lead, has mind in the forefront, is made by mind. If one speaks or acts with a pure mind, happiness will follow like a shadow that never leaves." .
With clouded judgement, just going after treats and a cool mud bath as we all do from time to time, this ox found himself stuck in the mud.... Our hero, is risking her brilliant clothes just to help the ox come back to shore. She does it skillfully, using his same desire for treats that got him stuck but now moving in a brighter direction.
