“Will you train during Christmas holidays?” I received this question a lot in the last days and the answer is YES. Yes, simply because it’s something that I ENJOY, so during holidays that I have more time why I should not work out?! Of course my training method will adapt to my holidays: this means no gym, no fancy equipment, just my body, a pair of dumbbells and a bunch of resistance bands. That’s it. Today I tried to continue with the #pwrprogram week 9 @kelseywells at home and, I swear, it was challenging!!! I modified some movements and added some reps when the weight was not difficult enough for me, but it worked. Blame Monday for those sleepy eyes but shout out to the dude behind me because we made it to the gym this morning! What are you training today? #mondaymotivation • Just started BBG Stronger 2.0 (Week 13) and @kayla_itsines changed it up on me. Monday’s used to mean leg days (which I strangely started to look forward to), but this week started out with arms! Did that and then threw in the 500-rep ab challenge that KILLED ME a couple weeks ago. Proud to say I got through it with more ease this time! #happy #monday #bbgprogress
