It had some people ask me about what toothpaste I use so I thought I would talk about what I use-- I am a bit of a toothpaste connoisseur. These are 3 toothpastes that I have in my current line-up:
Dr Bronners Anise : I picked this up at Vitamin Shoppe, it's the only place I've ever found it. The anise flavor is not overpowering, and comes across as elegant. The ingredient list is long, although it's quite a natural ingredient list, however this toothpaste is 70% certified organic. I give this toothpaste an 8/10.
Tom's of Maine : this toothpaste has the cleanest ingredients, it only has 10 ingredients listed, I like the natural peppermint flavor (they use peppermint oil). This toothpaste is heavy on the sodium bicarbonate so it tastes like brushing with peppermint baking soda, which isn't a bad thing. I pick this toothpaste up at Trader Joe's, it's pretty cheap. I give this a 6/10. Not my fav, but works in a pinch.
hello toothpaste : this toothpaste is the newest addition to my lineup, it has activated charcoal, fresh mint, coconut oil. It is free of artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, dyes, fluoride, sulfites, microbeads, parabens, triclosan, dairy, or gluten. This brand is also very transparent, it talks about why each ingredient in toothpaste. The tubes of the toothpaste are also BPA free and contain no phthalates. But more than their natural paradigm, this is just the best tasting of all the toothpaste, my teeth feel so clean! 10/10 hello is the toothpaste I recommend. I bought this@vitaminshoppe but a few peeps have told me it is available at Walmart.
