So about yesterday....😅
I have abit of a cold and over indulged in keto treats since I was craving sweet things 🙄
Nothing to beat myself up about but I just don't like the way my body & mind feel when I kick myself out of ketosis! 😔
I woke up late, felt foggy and just generally not 'with the program' you could say.
Ahh well feeling waaay better now after fasting with a couple of black coffees and water all day!
Mind is clear and alert and tummy is calm ahh yes, that's muuuch better 😊
