Cauliflower deep dish pizza🍕
Super cheesy and full of flavor, couldn't tell that the base was cauliflower!
It did take a bit of time but its so worth it.
Grate or blend half head of
cauliflower. Microwave for 1 min and use a thin tea towel to squeeze out the moisture!
1. Mix dry cauliflower with 1 egg, and 3/4 cup grated mozarella, 3-5 cloves of crushed garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder), salt and pepper.
2. Flatten out the mixture on baking paper.
3. Bake at 180-200 for 20 minutes.
4. Spread pizza sauce, add mozzarella, top it with whatever you like and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Pro tip: preheat the oven while you're preparing the base, and cut your topping and do some dishes while the base cooks to save time 😉. Its very filling. I only managed to eat 3/4 of it. Saving one slice for tomorrow 😍
